Helpful and efficient
Ordered items via internet and they were delivered promptly. I had ordered incorrect items for the use i wanted and they were very receptive. Because I had not used the items they did refund once I had posted the back. This was not necessarily their usual policy so very good of them

Very helpful service. I ordered some walkie talkies in blue but as they weren't in stock, the company immediately contacted me to offer me an alternative colour or a refund. As I was happy with another colour, the new products came straight away and it was all very efficient and helpful. I appreciated the thought to offer me an alternative so promptly.
