I have had neck pain for a long time, but not any more since using Theraneck. With daily use It has relieved tightness in the base of my skull, relieved headaches, and softened neck muscles. I really enjoy lying on the floor, with my head across the gentle heat and swirling pulsing massage of the machine

Well made, comfortable ,works like a dream

Good quality item, delivered in excellent condition with clear instructions. Easy to use and charge. I am finding a daily 15 minutes (which it does automatically!) very helpful.

Tried a couple of similar gadgets before this one, what sets it apart is having the functions combined rather than separate.

The device seems good in use, was helping my stiff neck, it did pack up after limited use in 3 months. The email sevice desk did help and another is on the way. The process of vidoeing your fault and sendin to them could be streamlined for non techy folks, but they did handle it well.

Your neck just sits naturally on it, no awkward positioning needed, and the remote handles everything so you're not reaching around for buttons. Great product.

Received the item and got a small shock from the heated element on the first use. Theraneck told me 'not to use it' and after several emails said it was not being refunded. We have paid on our credit card and attempting to claim a refund through the bank

Early days but machine works well and seems to be beginning to loosen up my neck a bit.

It seems to have stopped my dizzy spells and neck pain after using it for 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks. I haven't used it for over a week and all seems ok.

I find Theraneck suitable for me. The wave + massage programme for 15-20 minutes is relaxing and hopefully will unlock the knots in my neck/shoulders. So far, so good!

I’m not sure that Theraneck does a great job against Spondylosis. There was some relief at first but I can’t use it regularly with any success. I still needed to visit the chiropractor to make adjustments. It may work for some but not all.

This gadget has proved to be a total waste of money I've used it as per instructions for 2 months everyday not the slightest difference to my neck pain and dizziness it will go back in it's box and go up in the attic sorry but it's total rubbish

Wasn't sure at first but I've used it every night for a fortnight and the dizziness has really eased off , lovely bit of kit.

I would like to give Jessica on Customer Service 5 stars for her patience, understanding and absolute support when I was at first struggling with this product. However, after persevering, I’ve decided to return the TheraNeck machine mainly because I simply find it too severe, too strong and that includes it being on a number 1 low setting. My teeth chattered, my face wobbled, and found the whole process uncomfortable. Jessica was marvellous. She set up a refund without question. I thank her very much. It’s a pity the machine isn’t like her.

Product has stopped working properly within 3 months of purchase and Theraneck are refusing to do anything about it. The motor no longer works consistently. A real shame because I think it could have helped my neck issues.
