Don't have to run everything at full strength which I appreciate! Gentle massage, a bit more heat, ems adjusted to how I'm feeling. Good flexibility for something this size!

Purchased on 22nd July

Purchased on 22nd July. Decided after 3 days wished to return. Several emails later received a reply. There then commenced an exchange of e mails which resisted the return, refused to provide any returns label and repeatedly warned that all return shipping was buyers responsibility. Finally agreed to refund 75%. Did not want the product returned. This company appears to be based in the USA Product made in China. Probably shipped direct from China? A very unpleasant experience dealing with a company that appeared determined to prevent a return at all costs. This is the first occasion that have ever had a problem with a return when buying on line.

Faulty product

Item arrived and for a week or so it worked and was great. After 3 weeks it stopped working properly. I contacted the company who wanted videos of it not working. When I went to video it did charge and work so I continued to use. After 58 days it stopped working again. I contacted the company which have said it’s now out of the 30 day warranty so can’t do anything. At a cost of £60 you expect it to last longer than 58 days. A warranty period of 30 days is totally unacceptable. Do not purchase from this company.

Theraneck it does what its supposed to do

I have been using my Theraneck since I got it, on 15 July 2026. I must say it has reduced by dizziness and disorientation by something like 90%. My continuing improvement can only be as a result of using the device for the recommended 15 minutes every day, because whilst doing so I have not had any other treatment or medication for my condition of vertigo. I had feelings of acute dizziness and disorientation multiple times a day, feelings of nausea and sometimes a degree of panic.
Not now. Since I have been using my Theraneck I have had one occasion of dizziness and it cleared with minutes. None since.
I originally bought a cheaper version from an online outlet, it wasn't very good, so was sent back. I then saw Theraneck advertised with remote control, much bigger and sounding much better than that which I had originally bought. Believe me, its the best thing I have bought in a long time that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It has relieved my symptoms dramatically. I still have slight muzziness on occasion, but I'm confident that will improve over time. I use the EMS and 2nd level heat functions together and they feel pretty good.
Try it, you've nothing to lose but your symptoms.

I was a bit dubious at first

I was a bit dubious at first. However I can say,,it has produced very good results I no longer have any dizzy spells. I stopped taking the medication proscribed from the doctor. Actually I would give it a five star rating.

Ongoing dispute !!

Ordered my Theraneck massage product at £59.99.
Product never delivered even though I received a notice and picture stating it was delivered.
Picture showed someone else's doorstep although address not given.
Theraneck have been arguing with me for more than 8 weeks about a refund stating it is my responsibility to chase the delivery company Evri.
I told them my contract is with them and although I did chase Evri , they passed the buck back to Theraneck.
Theraneck now tell me I have to sign a legal disclaimer...although they have not sent me this.
They keep e mailing me saying they understand my frustration!!....but no product replacement and no refund.
I am disgusted by the attitude, lack of commitment to customer service and to the their refusal to give me back my money.
I have given them 7 days to refund me or I will take legal action....watch this space 😡😡😡😡

Avoid at all costs

So I am like everyone else here. I ordered the product and then advised that I had changed my mind and to stop the order. Told that it was in transit and so could not be stopped but offered 20% discount if I kept it. I set out consumer rights under UK Law and that I would be contacting my bank for payment dispute as I believed that they were a fake company (which I am in the process of doing now). Item arrived. I didn't even open it. I emailed again and asked for the returns address, citing my statutory rights again. I was asked why I was returning and offered a 50% discount if I kept it. Again, I pointed out my statutory rights and asked again for the return address. No response yet. I will be claiming my money back from my bank as I bought it via credit card. I will let them investigate as a fraud. I think that we all need to report to Trading Standards as this is clearly not a UK based company and is a scam.

Several things wrong with this company

Several things wrong with this company. The product, although functionally it does what it claims to do, is the exact same product as those available elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Ordering was straightforward but it then took 2 full weeks to arrive. When asked, I got an apology for the delay and a promise of a partial (20%) refund. Several weeks and emails later, I have still not received my refund. Don’t waste your money here!

Theraneck wasn`t suitable for me BEWARE

Theraneck wasn`t suitable for me, as I have CervicalSpondylosis, tried for a refund the next day, said it was already out for delivery,!!! they told me to try it on delivery, I didn`t want to, but they kept telling me to.so did for peace sake, then they wouldn`t give me a full refund as promised on Website, as said I had used it.said I must keep massager, and they would refund 30% of £59.99 I had paid.so I now have a Massager I cannot use, as I have cervical spondylosis, and only £18 refund.disgusting. a Con..BEWARE
