The facility offers excellent services; however, the staff's conduct has negatively impacted the establishment's reputation. I arrived two minutes late for my scheduled appointment, and the staff refused to proceed with my treatment despite the clinic being completely vacant with no customers or personnel present. Previously, I had consistently praised this facility after transferring from my former clinic, which proved to be ineffective. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services due to their practice of scheduling substantial intervals between sessions. Given my elevated testosterone levels, I cannot accommodate six-week gaps between treatments without incurring additional expenses for supplementary sessions. Furthermore, the clinic has failed to honor a commitment made when I contacted them regarding a hospitalization that necessitated cancellation of a scheduled treatment. Rather than crediting me with a complimentary session as agreed, they simply disregarded that appointment, leaving me obligated to purchase additional sessions. This situation has left me considerably dissatisfied.

Visited Therapie in Athlone and had Dr Zunaira for a botox session. She was absolutely amazing and very professional. She was full of information and excellent. Didn't even feel the needle. She was very precise and talked you through every step. Will definitely book with her again. A great experience.

I had laser hair removal here and the therapist was super nice and really put me at ease during the treatment.

I booked a free consultation and was able to get one next day.met with Doctor.she was very clear on procedure and risk.i felt comfortable enough to go ahead and have it done that day

I am extremely disappointed with Thérapie Clinic because I have had three separate problems: unclear Full Body Add-On terms, unhelpful customer service, and now a prepaid laser session has disappeared from my account.

I purchased a Full Body Add-On while I already had a Full Legs, Bikini and Underarm course.

At the time of purchase, the terms said that the Add-On could only be purchased if I already had a Full Legs, Any Bikini & Underarm course, and that treatments from my existing course and the Add-On had to be carried out on the same day.

To me, this clearly reads as a purchase eligibility requirement. It did not say that I would need to keep an active Full Legs, Bikini and Underarm course in order to use the Add-On sessions I had already paid for.

It also did not say that once my original course was completed, I would have to buy another Full Legs, Bikini and Underarm course before I could continue using my remaining Add-On sessions.

That is a very important restriction, and it should have been clearly stated before purchase.

What made this worse was that Thérapie’s later information was inconsistent.

One promotional page stated:

“Full Body Add-on includes Arms, Full Legs, Back, Chest, Stomach.”

The terms on that page also said:

“Areas covered: Arms, Full Legs, Back, Chest, Stomach.”

However, a promotional email I received stated that the Add-On only covered:

“Arms, Back, Chest and Stomach”

and specifically said:

“Full Legs, Bikini and Underarm are not included.”

So Thérapie’s own website said Full Legs were included, while their own email said Full Legs were not included.

I contacted customer service about this, but they were completely unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the obvious inconsistencies or offering any practical solution, they simply insisted that the terms were “clear enough”. I repeatedly explained the problem, but I was given no meaningful resolution.

I now also have a separate issue with my prepaid Bikini sessions.

From my first 6-session Full Legs, Bikini and Underarm course, I completed:

6 Full Legs sessions
6 Underarm sessions
5 Bikini sessions

So I had 1 Bikini session remaining.

I later purchased another 6-session course. I then used the remaining Bikini session from my first course together with Full Legs and Underarms from the new course.

My remaining balance should therefore be:

5 Full Legs, 5 Underarms and 6 Bikini sessions.

However, after the app was updated, it now only shows 5 Bikini sessions.

One prepaid Bikini session appears to have disappeared.

I have already paid for these treatments. I should not have to keep checking Thérapie’s records to make sure paid sessions have not vanished, or argue with customer service about terms that their own website and emails contradict.

Between the unclear Add-On conditions, contradictory information, unhelpful customer service and a missing prepaid session, I have lost confidence in how Thérapie manages and communicates its packages.

I strongly recommend saving screenshots of every offer, term and course balance when purchasing from them.

I attended a clinic to have Botox injections. This was not my first time, I had been attending for about two years. I didn’t see my usual person when I attended a review session two weeks after my initial appointment. Against my judgment and on the advice of the clinician I was “topped up” on one side of my face above my eye. A week after attending the review session my eye lid dropped and stayed that way for 3 months. I contacted the help team who asked for a photo. I didn’t hear back from anyone. I had to contact the clinic multiple times to get a response. I was finally seen at the clinic and promised some eye drops that would open my eye. A few days later I was informed the eyes drops were out of stock and they would contact me again with alternatives. They never did so. I was left looking like I had a stroke for 3 months with very little support. I felt like they over injected my face and then refused to offer any aftercare or support. While they were apologetic when I attended the clinic, I had to spend about two weeks trying to get a response from theminitially and then they just stopped bothering when the eye drops were out of stock. Very disappointing.

Absolutely fuming at the new updated app and the level of customer service on social media and via the telephone.

No direct numbers to stores, only one call centre based in another country. Would be fine as the app you could book and amend your appointment based on your preference and your therapist only they’ve just updated it and REMOVED that option. I tried contacting them on social media and asking why the change -
They removed my comment and insisted this helped utilise time better. Honestly ? I think they did it so the staff that were busy vs the ones that were not would all have the same amount of hours tracked with clients.

You book an appointment and choose your hair dresser, your Waxer, even your massage therapist, but you can’t choose your laser therapist now ?! Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

"Absolute rip-off and fraudulent account logging. Beware!"I bought a multi-session package here upfront and they are actively short-changing my session balance. My online account states I completed a treatment session on Wednesday, August 12th at 8:10 AM. However, the Waterford clinic does not even open until 10:00 AM on weekdays!They have literally logged a fake, impossible appointment outside of business hours while the clinic doors were locked, and used it to deduct a pre-paid session from my balance. Unprofessional, manipulative behavior. Avoid this place if you don't want your packages mysteriously disappearing from your account balance.

Great results and gone back to to do my upper lip and chin. Definitely recommend. Great stuff and never felt uncomfortable.

Very disappointing experience with Thérapie Clinic and their handling of a paid treatment session.

I attended my appointment in October 2020 during COVID. At the clinic, I was told I had to wear a mask. I explained that I could not wear one due to a medical condition and had a doctor’s note confirming this. Because of that, I was unable to proceed with the treatment and left.

Years later, I discovered that the appointment had been recorded as a “no-show” and the session was deducted from the course.

I contacted Thérapie Clinic and explained exactly what happened, but they refused to reinstate the session because there was apparently no note on my account confirming that I had attended or explaining why the treatment could not proceed.

I find this extremely unfair. I cannot control what a member of staff chose to record — or failed to record — on my account. I was physically present for the appointment, so it was not a no-show. A customer should not lose a treatment they paid for because an employee failed to document what actually happened.

Their response was essentially that because their system says “no-show” and the treatment course has now expired, they will not reinstate the session.

I paid for this treatment, I attended the appointment, and through no fault of my own I did not receive it. Yet I am the one being left out of pocket because of what appears to have been poor record-keeping at the time.

I gave them the opportunity to review and resolve the matter, but they have refused to reinstate the remaining session.

Very disappointing customer service and, in my opinion, a very unfair way to treat a customer.

Quick and painless this was a discreet 'refresh' tweak. Professional, friendly staff explained every step very clearly and put me completely at ease. Great price, reassuring follow up. I'd highly recommend the team at Therapie clinic.

From the minute you walk into this clinic you receive a warm welcome. I always see Dr. Mary, she is so professional and knowledgeable. Every treatment I have received has been amazing.

Dr.Miriam is fantastic, such a lovely, friendly lady and offers so much helpful advice.

I have always had a good experience with the team at Thérapie Clinic Uxbridge when attending my appointments in person, which makes my experience today even more disappointing.

Last night, I realised I could no longer attend an appointment I had booked for around a month’s time, so I immediately cancelled it to free up the slot for someone else, as I know how busy the clinic can be.

I then went to reschedule and, due to the recent changes to the app (which I find much harder to navigate), I mistakenly thought I was selecting an appointment in October. Instead, I accidentally booked an appointment for the following morning.

As I had fake tan on, I knew I wouldn't be able to attend, so I immediately tried to cancel the appointment through the app. Unfortunately, it fell within the 48-hour cancellation window. I then called the call centre as soon as it opened at 9am to explain what had happened and ask if the appointment could simply be moved to another date.

Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to would not listen to the circumstances or consider any flexibility whatsoever. I completely understand having a 48-hour cancellation policy, but I find it incredibly unfair that there isn't even a 5–10 minute grace period for an appointment that has literally just been booked, particularly when the customer immediately realises their mistake and contacts you.

As a result, I have now lost an entire laser hair removal session because of a genuine booking error.

I have been a Thérapie Clinic customer for over two years and have always attended my appointments. I have never had an issue like this before, and I certainly wasn't expecting to be treated with such little understanding after being a loyal customer for so long.

What has upset me most is that I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain the situation properly or have any discretion applied. I wasn't trying to take advantage of the cancellation policy — I made an honest mistake, realised it almost immediately, and contacted the clinic at the first opportunity.

I am genuinely appalled and disappointed by how this was handled. I really hope Thérapie Clinic reviews this situation, as a little understanding and common sense would have made a huge difference.
