Redlight therapy helmet
The listing had some errors in it but I like the redlight and NIR therapy helmet and have less neck pain, improved cognition and my hair has grown back again. I have recommended it to a lot of people and my mother likes hers too.

You have harassed us for so long that I'm finally going to be honest.
Ngaire you have massive scabs on your face and wanted to return a used facemask against our policies during a covid outbreak. We said no, and you went crazy so we offered a voucher for a free product, if you simply left us alone.
You proceeded to leave us upto 40 x 1 star reviews before we could get you a voucher out. (and continue to bully and harass us to this day)
We don't offer try before you buy, we don't advertise it. We didn't give you credit because you continuously left us 1 star reviews on every platform several times a day, and constantly tried to blackmail us into your way of thinking. Let's not forget you described your thinking as bi-polar.
So a heads up, if someone offers to help you, and you spit in their face before they can, they are not going to help you in the end…. You just spat in their face.
I’ll say what I said months ago. Remove all the reviews which there are now about 60 of, and our offer stands.
For the record: We offered you a free product in exchange for a positive review as we sensed you didn't like your facemask. Most companies don't just hand out things because you made the wrong choice but because you were unreasonable from the start we tried this to get rid of you.. You just blasted us with 1 star reviews.... Thus the offer is no longer on the table. That’s kinda obviously going to negate the deal on your end.

Wow, so over a year later without any call or explanation.. this product was $99 and by far the cheapest we sell. It was called the TLA trial model at time of purchase, and came with a $99 voucher, so you could have just got something bigger free of charge.. But yeh leave us a 1 star review cheers!

Caravan Travel
Bought the travel panel as I’m housesitting and have a caravan with a solar set up (this panel is easy to charge too) and move often - so this was a great option. It’s everything it promised to be.
Starting on 3 min intervals I’d love to see the timer utilise a shorter option. At present it only does 10, 15 and 20 minute intervals. So I have to use my phone timer for now as I build up to longer use times.
The cats love it too!

I love your face mask
I love your face mask, I believe it helps me look years younger. I also bought your therapy belt to help with a lower back injury. Once again this product is great at helping the deep tissue repair and renew themselves.

Healing powers!
I have previously bought a red light panel (1800) from TLA and love it. Last week I was rear-ended by a vehicle and had a really sore neck and back from whiplash. I've been using the red light daily and it is really helping me with healing and reducing pain. On the first day it helped me reduce the headache that I initially got! This panel comes in handy whenever I have problems arise - skin, lower back pain, knotty shoulders, sore hips. I love it so much and when I stop using it for a while, I really notice pain and inflammation return from my desk job. Couldn't recommend TLA more for a lifechanging device!

This is not really a reflection of how much time we have spent helping you, or the huge discount we gave you on your first purchase. In reality, you bought one of our cheapest products that is exceptionally well priced on the current market... and we gave you 10% off!
