We had very good service from the first info gathering phone call to the after-sales help. It seems to already be helping a long-standing injury and making it more comfortable which is hopefully a prelude to healing. The LTE300 seems well made and is compact and light. Strongly recommended.

Buy Australian made
Before purchasing the lights I asked lots of questions which were answered promptly and professionally. Often when I want to purchase products I have to go overseas and purchase them online, every time there has been a problem. It’s good to know this product is easily available here, no problems.

Did you want to have a quick check of your tracking number? You would have recieved it at the time of purchase.
It is best to contact the delivery company within the tracking number, as obviously we are quite limited in what we are able to do once we have sent an item.
In saying that, if you would like us to help you follow anything up, it would have been amazing if you could have let us know before posting a 1 star review on trustpilot...

i bought their blackout goggles for using with infrared light therapy on face because although some people claim infrared is good for eyes, the intense bright light of some of the settings is not! we are very happy with them. other goggles let light in but these are totally blackout. great price and shipped pretty fast from australia to los angeles.
