Quality products and furniture
We had an overall positive experience with The Rattan Company. We bought the Wooden Slatted Bench Coffee Table and very happy with the quality. It was slightly wobbly on the first day but then evened itself out. Reason for four stars was the delivery - despite providing the correct address at check-out, it was incorrectly sent to another address which caused delays. Customer service replies were quick to resolve. Would recommend this company.
