A very informative experience was had with the surveyor at the property at the time of the survey. The report he produced was very thorough with clear recommendations as to what will be needed to be undertaken to resolve issues found. He took time to explain on-site what he had discovered and talk-through any questions I had. He also offered pragmatic solutions and an idea of priorites re what needed attention. A genuinely friendly and professional experience and good customer service.

Aaron provided a detailed and comprehensive historical valuation of our property.
He quickly responded to all our questions and provided the valuation report promptly.

Aaron was recommended to me by a family member who had used him a few years prior. I had been provided with some quotes from some other companies who were competitive but as soon as I finished my initial call with Aaron, I already knew I would go ahead with him no matter the charge(which was still one of the best from previous quotes) He was very detailed and welcoming to chat to and instantly felt comfortable that a good job would be done. Aaron kept in contact all the way through letting me know when the survey was booked for and gave me a call after the visit to run through the main things he found. I felt this was invaluable as the reports can always look worse so explained everything in detail where needed. The report arrived less than 24 hours later which was clear, detailed and showed good photos where needed. Even after this Aaron was open to any questions and support.

Overall I am more that happy with the service provided and would recommend Aaron and the real estate group to family and friends!

I found this company following an internet search particularly focusing on reviews. Having had two houses fall through previously with not very impressive reports / companies , I wanted someone to complete the homebuyers survey who actually cared about the financial commitment I was making. The communication before during and after was exceptional and the report thoroughly detailed. I was given a full explanation of the main concerns and was able to discuss in an honest way that ensured confidence moving forward. I would definitely recommend this company for a thorough homebuyers report because of the attention to detail in relation to ‘me ‘. They booked and carried out the inspection quickly. I Love that Aaron rings you after the inspection to give you a brief overview of what he has seen, it really put my mind at ease.

The report was issued the next day which is an amazingly quick turnaround. The report was clear and well written, gave me a concise overview and then detailed report to take back to my solicitor, with suggested enquires. They also offered to talk me through anything I did not understand.

Overall, a 5* service and I would not hesitate to use TREG again and to recommend them.

I recently used Aaron at the Real Estate Group to undertake my Level 2 Home Survey and he was beyond helpful. As a first time buyer, I had no clue what to expect but Aaron walked me through everything over the phone prior to booking the appointment with him, and called me again on the day of the inspection just to tell me that everything was fine and that my money was being invested safely. I found Aaron extremely helpful, kind and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
