My experience with the in store consignment process and the online purchasing process were both seamless. Candy at the Dallas office was pleasant and helpful. The package should indicate that the item was pre- owned as it was highly taxed with tariffs and customs. With transportation fees and custom, the item costs twice the price. A real shock!
The Etro coat was smaller than other items I bought from the same brand so I was disappointed otherwise great quality and fast delivery.

Real Real is really a fantastic way to sell your clothes Jewelry purses! They make it so easy for you from the very beginning when the gentleman comes to your house to view your items, he picks them up takes pictures of them and take them back to the company for processing.
And it’s exciting to see your items to view online.
It’s even more exciting when your pieces sell and then you wait to get your big payment.

Easiest return ever
I went to the Knox location in Dallas to make a return and it was by far the easiest, quickest return in store I’ve ever made. The associate was very friendly and made sure I got taken care of immediately.

I could not be more disappointed in a transaction with your organization. No personal call to follow up? Shame, Shame, Shame.
Sharing this debacle would take more than 300 characters, the short short is your team failed to deliver my wife's 5-year wedding anniversary in time for our special night out. Arriving the next day at 9pm did not help change the conversation. Needless to say, I will be returning the gift for full refund, as she will never pull it out for any future occasion, given how bitter the taste.
