I Had a brilliant customer experience with Record Hub. I bought my wife the latest Taylor Swift album for Christmas, bought it as soon as it was out and held it over for Christmas, turns out there was a skip in the first song! The return policy quoted 15 days so I was well past that but said I'd contact Record Hub and keep my fingers crossed. A lovely person called Helen looked after me, no issues, didn't even have the hassle of boxing off and returning the original. Was offered a full refund as the album was out of stock or I could hold on for it to come back in stock. Decided to wait and Helen actually contacted me as soon as it was back in stock. Unreal Customer service well done Record Hub 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve never received the records and the record hub has not been very helpful. Ordered before Christmas 2025 and today is 12 Jan 2026 when I posted this review.

Ordered at great price, received it very efficiently and packaging was robust. What’s not to like.

Great deals, fast delivery

Had what I wanted at a good price and delivered quickly.

I received a package very poorly packed, without adequate protection, considering the fragility of the contents. Also nowhere was there a large and visible label specifying that the package contained FRAGILE objects; a slogan like "You can beat the vinyl (Or bend it, so please be careful") was mentioned in a corner, in an intentionally funny style but not useful and not visible at all, obviously insufficient to draw the attention of those who handle the parcels to their sensitive content. As I have bought vinyls from all over the world I expected them to be wrapped at least in protective bubble wrap inside the cardboard boxes they were packed in, as I have received them every time no matter where in the world they were sent from (and every time they arrived to me in excellent condition), but there was not the slightest bit of protective film outside of the original vinyl wrapping. As a result of these "savings" made on packaging, I received a package that had obviously been handled at least "carelessly" and all the brand new vinyls inside had the sleeves irreparably bent at all 4 corners which disappointed me deeply. Initially, I wanted to immediately return the received records and request a refund of the amount paid, including for shipping, but then reason prevailed: I decided to keep the vinyls containing special recordings of my favorite artists, which I had difficulty finding, and accept that I was deceived by the prestige of The Record Hub and the positive reviews it enjoyed.
In the end I can say that I do not recommend the purchase of any vinyl from this company that shows an unbelievable lack of professionalism and respect for customers in the audiophile field.
