We've been purchasing from Hardware Associates now for over 6 years and the quality of both product and service has always been of the highest standards. During this time, we've purchased hundreds of refurbished PCs saving ourselves a small fortune compared to buying like-for-like new equipment. The team are very friendly and are always happy to help.
Pricing is always very competitive and after sales care has been excellent from day one. We've just placed another large order with Hardware Associates and look forward to working with them for a long time.

Exceptional service
I have recently started using Hardware Associates to supply refurbished machines. We have investigated many companies that offer similar services, but none of them came close to the customer service that we got from Hardware Associates.
The equipment was in excellent condition, the price was very competitive, the delivery was on time, but above all, the level of service was exceptional.

Great People! Great Products & Great Service
Having used Hardware Associates for a number of requirements I feel it is important to highlight their exceedingly high standards. Each requirement, big or small is given complete attention and the needs behind the requirement fully understood.
Quotes are always prompt, accurate and very good value. The same can be said for the actual delivery of goods. All hardware is in line with the 20 point checklist provided., I haven't had so much as a single return or complaint and feedback around the devices and spares sourced has been 100% positive.
