Very easy ordering, excellent price for the notebook's caoability and next day delivery with full refund options if I didn't like it.

Great all round except delivery was not as quick as expected

Ordered 2.30pm received before 12pm next day(without paying extra for delivery). Laptop spot on and happy customer. Had couple of questions in advance of ordering and Harry was quick to respond.

After a lot of research, bought a refurbished Macbook Pro 13" 2017 SG - i5 2.3 GHz, 8GB, 256GB via Amazon renewed. Really impressed with the speedy service. Although these are expensive, the laptop was excellent value and in great condition. Having set up, all seems well. Whilst a bit nervous about buying a used Macbook, reassured by the Amazon renewed / hardware associates promise re the quality of the product and it's guarantee. Based on my experience so far, I'd certainly recommend and purchase another renewed product.

I cannot praise this company enough for the service, politeness, and efficiency that they gave to me for the repair of my laptop. This was purchased from them just under a year ago with the screen failing one month prior to the warranty running out. New packaging was dispatched promptly to return the item, collected the next day, and within a week the laptop has had a total overhaul with new components.

I purchased used graphic card from Aamzon that comes with 1 yr warranty, It was delivered by hardwarespares.com and at very low price and it look almost new and is working excellent.

Leon was extremely helpful and patient in diagnosing the issue with our computer after two other organisations had misdiagnosed it. He really went the extra mile for us and we’re very very grateful.

I contacted Hardware Spares immediately after Christmas, having been recommended by a friend. I spoke to Harry, who talked me through my needs and made some recommendations according to my spec. He was very friendly and helpful, I made the order that day, paid the next day, and the laptop (Dell Latitude E7240) arrived a day later. Impeccably packaged, the laptop is as good as new and perfect for my needs, as well as being a great price. I would definitely recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

Sean Wiggins helped deck our our tiny charity with some brilliant iMacs, and did so with great warmth, knowledge and kindness. We didn't feel like we were being over-sold to, and the devices we bought meet our needs perfectly at a much better price than we could've hoped for going direct to Apple. We enjoyed fast, reliable, friendly and tailored comms from him from start to finish, only dealt with one person for the whole time, and delivery was speedy and well packaged.

Having tried to change components on my PC and making a hash of it , Hardward Associates were there to advise, support and assist me putting things right. Thier experience and knowledge is 2nd to none and thier application of those qualities is extremely proffesional, which I am ever grateful for.

I recently spent 3 full days trying to get my office server repaired. I explained to each company that I contacted that the server was crucial for my business to operate and a prompt repair was vital. However, most of the companies tried to sell me a new server or said it would take over a week to repair. The remaining companies just weren't interested.
Thankfully, at the eleventh hour, I was recommended to call Hardware Associates. I spoke to Sean Wiggins who fully understood my predicament. Sean immediately proceeded to identify and then source the correct replacement components required. To speed up the process, Sean then arranged for me to collect the parts from the supplier at 7.30 am the following morning. I returned from the suppliers at 9.45 am and by 10.15 pm the server was working again.
Sean was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, professional and unbelievably understanding.
I cannot recommend Hardware Associates highly enough.

4 stars, not five, since the shipment is declared free of charge on the web site, whereas I paid 25 pounds for shipment in Italy.
It is not clear how shipment cost is evaluated.
5 Stars for the quality of the board.
