Have used Hardware Associates several times and they have always offered a first class friendly and fast service.

I would have hesitation in recommending this company, from the initial consultation to having the product delivered I had 5 start service. Had heard about this company through a friend, and I have and will recommend to many.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. Highly recommended and will use again. I was worried about using refurbished kit, but there is no need to have any concerns as the quality of the kit is very high.

I have dealt with Hardware Associates for over 3 years and they have never failed me yet. From an excellent pricing structure, to fast and efficient communications, these guys provide an excellent service.
On the extremely rare occasions of an issue (in a tech world these things happen!), they are quick to respond and go the extra mile. Thoroughly recommended!

I encountered a problem with the sound on my Mac and contacted Hardware Associates who swung into action immediately.

They sent a flight case for the Mac, another courier to pick up and had the repair done and dusted and may Mac back with me within days.

Excellent Customer Services - all my communications treated respectfully and it was great to be dealing with polite, friendly REAL people.

Apple-like service standard.
My wife's iMac20 needed a new disk. The IMac was collected, fully checked for any other problems, disk replaced to SSD and delivered back all in a short time. And all that in a reasonably acceptable cost agreed in advance.
The communication with Leon and the handling of my case were exceptionally good.
My wife has already used the iMac for more than 2 months without any problems.
Based on my amazing experience I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service from start to finish

When a problem with our Mac put us out of action, this was resolved quickly by Hardware Associates. The courier arrangements to get our Mac to them were really quick and we had it back fully repaired with a new graphics card within 1 week. Friendly and helpful staff made this whole process seamless and I would highly recommend them

As a state secondary academy at the mercy of the budget squeeze we have used Hardware Associates for our IT needs for the last 2 years and have been very happy with the service and support Received.

The company has saved us thousands by offering quality refurbished desktops and laptops (all Dell equipment) for less than half the price of new.

This company is a complete fraud, i purchased the same exact product on amazon off of one of their competitors and it arrived in perfect condition with all the original apple parts, magic keyboard, magic mouse etc.. i then went onto amazon to buy the same product again, little did i know it had directed me to a different supplier which happened to be these guys. The product was listed "good as new" but arrived severely damaged, scratches everywhere, they did not supply me with the original apple mouse and keyboard instead they provided me with a cheap DEVOLTA keyboard and mouse which required a usb in order to set up but the USB was missing not to mention the ugly black power cable as opposed to the white well fitted original apple power cable. All in all this company does things on the cheap and their customer care is the worst i have ever experienced. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THERE IS PLENTY OF BETTER USED ELECTRONIC SUPPLIERS OUT THERE.

Hardware Associates provide great refurbished equipment with an outstanding service and warranty. We have saved so much money, and time, using them as our one stop shop for desktops and laptops. They are always happy to accommodate our needs and work with us to keep within budget. You could argue that the equipment they provide is literally as good as new!

I've been working with Hardware Associates for a number of years and have purchased hundreds of devices from them. I can't praise them highly enough, their prices are excellent, the service is exemplary, the equipment is great and they always deliver on or over deliver on my spec requirements. I've also used them for spares and again they've been brilliant. They'll often suggest alternatives or come up with solutions that meet my needs every time.

The equipment is always in first class condition and my users can't tell that its refurbished! On the odd occasion that we've had a faulty device their return/repair/replacement service has been excellent. Having said that, I can only remember a very few service failures out of the hundreds of devices we've purchased.

Overall, by using Hardware Associates I've been able to reduce my hardware expenditure by 40%.

I won't use anyone else!
