Being a business owner, there are certain things I look for in a company. When I received my bids, this company stood out! They are professional, their contract is a professional contract with guarantees, unlike their competitor. They explained their product thoroughly to me and what to expect after the product is placed. I will say, I ended up paying more than what the competition was offering. But, the competition did not offer a guarantee at all! After research, Therma Shield has a much superior product, their team was quick, clean and friendly! I thoroughly researched privacy windows and providers before choosing ThermaShield. They had the most comprehensive and professional website which impressed me. Alex patiently answered my many questions. When we had to reschedule because of a conflict on our end, it was an uncomplicated single phone call. Throughout, their communication was flawless. We did our part with site preparation following clear directions. Alex, Laura and son arrived on time, spent the day treating 15 window surfaces and provided 10 STAR SERVICE! Respectful, courteous and efficient. That was just the installation! The whole process was well-informed and transparent. All questions had thoughtful answers. During a whole house installation, careful attention was paid to any flaws in my windows and reported to me before proceeding.
I just have to get used to not squinting from the glare that's now gone throughout my house.
