I purchased a Guitar online that was…
I purchased a Guitar online that was showing as in stock, however it wasn't and couldn't be supplied. I understand that this can happen but I then chose two other SX guitars that were showing as in stock that weren't in stock. The fact the the website is not at all accurate is dissapointing. From a customer service perspective it is poor. The person I dealt with on the phone tried to help but i ended asking for a refund. Next time I wil shop in person not online. Regards Brian

We try to keep our website as accurate as possible, and it generally reflects what we have available in-store (I understand this was not your experience!). Unfortunately our SX listings got out of sync in the lead-up to Xmas.

The guitar of my dreams
The Rock Inn is the best guitar store I have dealt with by far. They are very customer focused and go out of their way to help you acquire the guitar you are looking for.
They have all the top brands and at great prices up front. You will not have to negotiate for a discount over many weeks like you will with some of their competitors.
Curtis and Shaun took great care of me. I will be indebted to them forever for the kindness they have shown me in affording me the opportunity to acquire a Collings I-30 LC in blonde finish.
My strongest recommendation is that you try The Rock Inn first if you desire a quality guitar and a buying experience to match.

Great staff and great products
The staff made the whole experience excellent - they were helpful and friendly and made things easy. I'm extremely happy with the guitar I got and everyone made a real effort to ensure things went smoothly. The guitar arrived quickly, in excellent condition, and it was well packed. The setup on it is first-rate and I'd definitely by from them again.
