Recently had a portion of my fretting index finger removed and I've been extremely down not being able to play much over 6 months. Decided to go to The Rock Inn on impulse as normally out of my way (1.5hrs one way) whilst on way to Doc appt.

The guys greeted me and chatted about my finger and I felt normal again for a few minitues just being around people that really got how I was feeling mentally.

Loving the guitar, been playing as much as my hand can for now. Positive experience and will be trying to make more trips when able.

I recently purchased a guitar from the Rock Inn, despite living on the other side of the country from the store. Initially, what drew me to the Rock Inn was the great price on this instrument - it was significantly cheaper to buy it through them than to get it from a local dealer.

However, what impressed me afterwards was the level of professional service. The staff at the Rock Inn were very communicative and got in touch right away to make sure everything was good to go. The guitar arrived really quickly and I could see that it had been checked prior shipping as there were no issues with it. The strings even feel new, which is a nice surprise; usually with new guitars that have been sitting on the shelf for a while, you have to change the strings as soon as you bring it home. But not this time.

All in all, the Rock Inn provide a fantastic level of service and I'd heartily recommend them to any other interested musicians out there. Great store!
