The salesman John and Jorge were fabulous. Quick to introduce and gave us just enough space to look around without being hovered over but checked in enough so we didn't feel forgotten. It was just the 2 of them and there were quite a few people in the store. They worked very well together and made sure every shopper knew they were there. Great team!

Make sure it was looked at and possibly cleaned. Yes, nothing was done to it. I had to figure out how to get the stain out. As they say in business, “who cares about the customer and their needs…just make the sale”

I loved my experience
I loved my experience, I was greeted by a sales rep who introduced himself and told me that If I needed anything, I could let him know, then he proceeded to let me walk the store and let me look around without following me or pressuring me. I found something I liked, so I found him and told him that, I found something but had to think about it, then he gave me his business card and told me to look for him when I was ready. I thought that was very nice. I came back the next week and asked for him and made my purchase. I loved the whole experience. The only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars is because the furniture I bought is not in stock and I have to wait until June & July to receive it, but overall a great store and a great shopping experience. I will go back when it's time to replace my dinning room set.

Overall a great experience shopping and spending time at the room place store in Naperville/Aurora. Karla was very knowledgeable and helpful, went above and beyond to help us find and meet our needs.

Eman was awesome! She helped me figure out how many pieces of a sectional would work best in my home and even helped me position the pieces on the sales floor, so I was able to get a visual picture. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
Crack on Dining Table
I bought a dining set and Love sofa in September 2022 and added the total protection called Guardian for my items. The Saler (Karla) said with this protection will cover everything, but this is not true. I back from vacation and notice a crack on top of my dining table. My claim with Guardian was denied since this is not accident. Guardian can't guarantee the quality of the product. Room place not provider any warranty and now I need by a new dining table. How a product that is barely used can have a crack 20 months after the purchase. I called to customer service and directly on the store and both can't provide any assistance. I'm disappointed with Room Place treat the customer.
I trust on the sales and not really read the terms and conditions before buy the protection. So, she lies to me and now I need to pay for the loss. Is this fair ?

The first day I went the The Room Place to just browse around, Eman was very helpful and aloud me just to browse and answered questions when I had them. I went back the next day to purchase and she was not there that day but Karla helped me with the same respect and answered all my questions. Made the process very easy.
