Store Experience

The sales person on the floor was extremely helpful and I enjoy buying my furniture from TheRoomPlace because of their style, quality and cost ownership. Keep up the great work folks.

John Colangelo was very helpful showing…

John Colangelo was very helpful showing me models of the power recliner chairs. He is very personable and professional without being pushy. Deseree was also very helpful over the phone verifying the delivery date for me. Lastly, the delivery itself by Jamie was flawless. He brought the chair in, set it up and made sure it worked properly-very fast and efficient.

Lied about delivery date

Lied about delivery date. After waiting all day for them to show up, I decided to call them. They tried to tell me that they'd deliver it on the following week. That wouldn't work for me so I asked for a refund. They would not give it over the phone. I had to return to the store. My order is canceled and now they say I have to wait 5 days for my money back. I do not suggest shopping here. They're awful.

Couch Hunting

Adam was very knowledgeable and directed us to exactly what we were looking for.
He was not pushy and gave us time to look around and check everything out. We were not rushed at all.

Great experience

My wife and I had a great experience when shopping for some new furniture for our family room.
John our sales person showed us some great selections. He did not push us into purchasing anything. We selected 3 pieces for the room. Delivery was a 2 days later. The system kept us up to date on the trucks schedule and when it would arrive. We love this feature. The delivery personnel was professional and courteous. We are very pleased with our purchase and would happily go back when we are looking for furniture.

In the furniture store everything was…

In the furniture store everything was fine, the people who made the delivery completely wrong were aggressive rude people, they even used anti-sounding words in my house in the presence of my small children and they are people who have no respect for the customer and even more so the assembly is wrong, they did not leave the things good
