The Room Place isn't perfect but ALMOST perfect. I've had 2 major purchases that were difficult, but as soon as Chrissy, this location's manager recognized the issues, she listened patiently, and carefully to my concerns, and took immediate action to make things right. She treated me with total respect and even said "I appreciate you".
She wants her customers to have the very best experience from purchasing the furniture, all the way through to delivery.
I highly recommend this store.
In today's economy, spending your money at this store is definitely a wise choice. You will feel like a customer and totally will be treated like a "customer".

Excellent customer service!!! I came in with my mind made up that I would be getting furniture and the sales lady found me an option where my delivery could be made before the holidays like I wanted. Definitely will be returning!
Cristy, the GM, was very personable and not pushy at all. She made the whole transaction very easy and pleasant. We have shopped there in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
I was pleased with the sales peoples. They were patient with me. They were instrumental in helping me with my decision.
Sales agent was the best I have had in a long time
Liked the sale. But at outlet I got free delivery. Not a great deal when you pay $$$ for delivery.

We were greeted by Andrew when we walked in the door. We kind of knew what we wanted after doing some online shopping and just wanted to look around. Andrew was funny and had a great personality. He wasn't hovering when we we looking around and once we were ready to go over things he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience very easy and stress free.
Diane, the Assisant Manger was awesome. She is the reason, I continue to come back!
I ordered to couches and was assured that I would receive them within 6 weeks. That did not happen therefore I cancelled my order. I have yet to receive refund and my order was cancelled weeks ago.
