John D was amazing. Made us feel comfortable and work to get us the best deal. Felt like family more than just a sales person. Can not say enough about this store and it’s staff.

RoomPlace is Sunshine on Rainy Days

It was a gloomy raining day but when I walked into the Castleton RoomPlace the sun came out. Khalil was so helpful and informative and The manager, Cristy, was awesome too. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to my new dinning room table! Thanks for being the best!

The sales agent was cordial

The sales agent was cordial, friendly, patient and accommodating. What is important to remember about a sale is that you must close it as enthusiastically as you started it. The sales agent must at least look the customer in the eye, thank them for their business and possibly see them to the door where they were met initially. In this case, at the end of the transaction, the agent just slid paperwork at me in a hurry to get to another customer. That overshadowed all the effort that was put in to reach the sale. Overall, a B+ score. I would return. Oh, please ask staff to eat in an assigned lunchroom, not at the payment counter in front of customers. The smell was distracting.

Right product being purchased

Upon the purchase spoke about the last delivery being messed up. Now with this purchase a similar problem has occurred and still not fixed

Pleasant surprise
