Everyone was very nice including Diana but Michael was beyond helpful. He gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. Plus seemed to be close enough to hear if we needed anything. Some of the best sales I have ever seen.

The salesman and managers were just wonderful. I feel like I have known them 30 years after just 30 minutes in the store. It is good to know there are still people in the world that go above and beyond. I worked with John as my salesman and worked with Christina and Brad as the managers. I will definitely be back. They knew the products and did everything they could to make the buying experience first class. They should get a raise.
The salesman, Andrew, was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and listened to what my wife and I were saying about our wants/needs in a new couch. He was very patient and stayed long after his day was done too. He talked to us about extras and had them added so we'd know the total but able to make changes to things after the fact to make the order work for us. Even was able to put a deposit hold to keep the sale price. Finished everything up over the phone and via email later and scheduled the pickup date then too. Easy situation and nice people to work with.
Professional understanding and helpful. I found exactly what I wanted and was helpful and the plus I came in a perfect time during the sale !!!
Our order was delivered wrong and again I have to take off work for them to correct it. New salesperson and I understand, but someone should have looked over his paperwork.

My salesperson, John, was friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Everyone in the building was personable and helpful.
What a great experience we had at the room place. John was our salesman and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t follow us around the store like a Hawk like some of the other stores we went to earlier in the day. We will be back to but again.
Great experience, would've given a 5 if I had been able to pick up all my furniture at the same time. Other than that, nobody hassled me or followed me around. When I needed a question answered they were there as they came by periodically to check and see if I had any questions. They went out of their way to be friendly but not pushy!! Would shop/buy there again!
We had such an amazing experience because of Michelle who works in customer service. We ran into a situation and she offered great customer service and was able to quickly resolve the problem in less time than is what was expected.
Frauds-i will never work with them again. I found a set of furniture we really wanted but I wanted to check out one more place. The manager, Cristy, wanted to give me the prices and said she would make an “inquiry” for a financing option and I could just call her and let her know if I wanted to go through with the transaction. I even asked if it would be an hard or soft hit on my credit and she stated an inquiry.. After I came home I realized the furniture was not going to fit and told her I could not get that set. The next day I got a thank you for purchase and that a room place credit card was opened in my name and I even had a delivery date scheduled. I had not agreed to any of that. When she finally responded to me after I told her I was contacting her regional manager she responded with “I was under the impression that you were disclosed to I was trying to be really thorough, so I apologize for the perception. Obviously perception is reality” she knew we were still going to check out one more place but she pushed through the order and then wouldn’t respond till I messaged her that I was waiting to hear from the regional. Beyond pissed.

First of all your staff was very nice. Diane who waited on me and my daughter was very helpful to us and very honest. Just a great person to work with. When we walked in, the floor plan was great and very clean. I found exactly what I wanted and more, so I will definitely be back.
