Furniture purchase
Overall, good experience. However, when we asked for help we were transferred to someone else who kept saying "OKAY!" and "YES!" very loudly multiple times. When trying to check out, we were transferred to the General Manager who was more interested in telling us about her husband's texts about Game of Thrones than wrapping up the sale. We just wanted to get help and pay. Good, but odd experience.
