If I have a chance to no give any star I would.This is a b***** company.You order your dresses and u can not return them back until u send msg back and forth with them hundred times and in the end u pay for shipping which costs more than a dress.DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM THIS CHINA COMPANY.YOU ARE GONNA GET DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SIZE AND QUALITY.NEVER FIT RIGHT .

How do you give this zero stars? This is a scam. Listen to all the bad reviews. The pictures are not what you get. It’s garbage and they want you to return it to china where the shipping costs more than the clothing.

Absolutely cheap clothing sold for 5x its worth. Their sizing is for petite Asian women, not U.S. women. If you want to return their crappy product you have to ship it to China and pay for shipping and taxes. This is a scam. Just as bad as Temu.

Please listen to the reviews! I ordered my dress weeks ago and it keeps saying it is ready to be shipped - but there is NO further information. I’m pissed! I ordered a dress for my birthday. I’ve reached out to them several times - you can only contact them via email. I paid $169 for a dress that never came. I’m still waiting for an answer. They stole my money! This place is terrible! I’m reporting them to the BBB.

This is a scam. The quality is super poor, the item looks nothing like the photos. It’s impossible to return. It has to be returned to China on your own budget (the international shipping rate may be equal to the cost of the dress), they also deduct their cost of shipment to you and remember it has to be in the original state including the trash bag that came with it (hello, ridiculous!!). You have to label it $5 item (trust me, the quality makes me believe it’s 5 cents instead though I paid $90 for it and the original cost is like $180 something, ridiculous). Eventually, they provided an address in Kentucky for the return (note that business address in Houston, super shady!) and I paid $7 to have it shipped to Kentucky. Once shipped and delivered, money is never returned. Bank filed dispute/fraud and because they use PayPal, they can simply hide. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Wish I saw these reviews before ordering! The dress is nothing like I expected
I returned it to the address on the shipping label, but apparently I supposed to return it to china. Lost $10 on shipping and $65 on the dress.

This company is an actual joke. The dress I ordered looks nothing like what displayed on their website. The quality is really bad and it arrived with a broken zipper. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused my request and argued with me via email. Absolutely appalling experience.

I ordered 3 items and paid $20 for 2 day shipping. It has been 3 weeks and haven't received any messages about shipment. I just filed a refund request with PayPal. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Never received my merchandise.. The money was taken out of my Pay Pal $140.00 the day of order. I’m out that amount!!!

This dress is NOT at all what I was expecting. It's my fault because I did not read the reviews beforehand. Keep your peace and money, and do not order from this site.

I would request a full refund, but after reading the reviews I know it will be a waste of time.

My order hasn’t been filled. I keep getting the same response that there’s a delay. Don’t order from this company.

You will not be able to return the item without paying more for shipping than you paid for the item. It's a scam.

I ordered the dress, which is a complete knock off of Nadine Merabi for $89 instead of $450. I’m not curvy or tall and the size small cocktail mini dress did not even reach the bottom of my butt. It’s completely defective, and they require you to do refunds by paying for your own shipping return and you must return it to China, which was $35 cheapest way to get it there and I only paid $85 for the dress so I’m really only getting $50 refund back because of the scamming shipping process! I asked them to please just send me a shipping prepaid label, and they refuse.
I told them the dress is defective. They should cover the cost and they said it is not. It’s just an ultra mini dress, which is really not true at all and that is not how it looks on the model. They try to incentivize you to keep the dress and give you 20% refund well the dress doesn’t even cover my butt I’m not gonna wear it. If you get more than one item each item has to go in its individual packaging and pay separate so if I had two items I would be paying 70! To make matters worse, you have to put five dollars for the value of the item or it gets stuck in customs they tell you so if it does get lost and I track it and I get insurance I will only get five dollars back because they make you put that value!!! The disclosure of the shipping process is so horrible. You have to even fill out a customs form at the post office and by the time you’re done if you make one mistake and it gets kicked back to you you’re out $30 shipping too! Then start all over. For somebody that pretends to be a US based company and the item comes super fast. I find it very suspicious that you can only return to China self pay. It’s still in transit to return facility. Who knows if it will make it there or if I’ll get my refund. Avoid this company!!

It is a scam, you wont be able to return ur product ur get the money back and some of the products don't even arrived.
Option A: Keep the order and receive a 20% refund back to the payment method.
Option B: Keep the order and receive a 30% refund as merchandise credit for next purchase.
Option C: Return the order and receive a refund which matches the dress price. Kindly note the shipping cost of initial shipment or return isn’t reimbursed. (Shipment to china)

Do not buy in this website

Do not order from Rosedress.com. If you end up needing to return as I did since dress did not properly fit, you have to pay return shipping to China with no guarantee item is "received". Returns have to be received within the 14 day return period or you don't get refunded or will get store credit. So from here to China it takes longer than 14 days almost guaranteeing you will never get a full refund for an unworn, never used dress even if sent in the stated time period.

Do not order from this scam company. A nearly see through dress came and to return it was more than the dress and shipping, you have to return it to China.

MY RATING IS "O". PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEMS THEN THEY NEIGOATE WITH YOU TO KEEP THE ITEM FOR TEN PERCENT. THE MOST THEY WILL GO TO IS THIRTY PERCENT IF YOU KEEP SAYING NO. THEY TRY TO DELAY YOU WITH ENDLESS COMMUNCATIONS WITH NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS, BUT TELLS YOU IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO REACH THEM AND THEY ONLY ALLOW 15 FOR RETURN. IF YOU REFUSED AND ASK FOR THE ADDRESS, WHICH I DID FOR ALMOST A WEEK, THEY STOP REPSONDING TO YOUR EMAIL. I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF $200.
