Bought a dress that didn’t fit tried to return it. Just a hassle to return in the first place anyways but also have to cover the cost to shop it back. Dress was 60 and shipping would have been 30. Not worth it. Other than that fine but maybe size up Ig. Also took a month to get to me

I paid for a romper over a year ago and I still haven't received it.

A HUGE SCAM OF A BUSINESS do not order from here. They asked me inappropriate questions when I wanted to return a dress that didnt fit and then ignored my emails following up on getting a return slip. (They only have a 14 day window and try to ignore until that mark) THEN once I left a review on their site they sent me a return slip and BLOCKED THE MAIL FROM BEING RECEIVED. Can’t believe this company is legally running.

The dress is nothing like the picture and hasn’t sent me the return instruction so far after 7 emails and 3 notes left on the website. I need the dress for my wedding rehearsal, it really upsets me I feel like I have been scammed!!!!! I will continue reporting and reviewing until I get my money back!

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I ordered the romper dress on 2/28/22. It arrived, and was too tight in the chest. I called customer service & was told they would send me a 2nd dress in a larger size ) no refund because I opened the 1st pkg and tried on dress). Second dress arrived & was same size as first one. I called customer service again. They wanted proof (pics), and said they would send info to review board & let them decide. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. At first I was told repeatedly that info was sent to review board. Now, the email addresses don't even work. I have 2 dresses, never worn/can't wear, and a bad attitude toward this $&@#* company.

ZERO STARS or negative stars are my review! I ordered this “cute dress” on March 13th today is May 28th…I’m with EVERY OTHER 1 star review. No Email response for over 20 days, they would not give me a refund said it had already shipped…no one could give me any shipping information…unable to track!
DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME…you could learn how to sew and make yourself before you receive this dress! Looks like the sizing is incorrect based on other reviews!

Okay so the shipping was RIDICULOUS. It took me a month to receive my order and I had to email them 5 times. The dress looked NOTHING like the one advertised, it was about 5x too small in the bust area. I will NEVER EVER again order from this site. Over priced for the junk you get and shipping time is just BANANAS. Save your time and money. I will just continue to shop at Lulus for this price.

Hands down don’t waste your money . This company is robbers. After 2 months waiting for the delivery then send me the wrong item completely different nothing like the one I ordered. I emailed them they asked me to send them the package with labels on I did then later they say I can’t return it they will offer me 10% refund. They need to understand we pay more money for the dress other thing they always send u the dress u will never wear really awful . Stop buying from this robbers 👎👎👎👎

Hands down the worst customer service ever!! I mean it just was insanely awful. Completely ignored !! And very careless!! Don’t waste your time. The quality is a rip off either way.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am typically a review reader prior to buying from any site other than a name-brand store, but this one got the best of me because the website is nice, return policy is clearly stated on the site and the location is listed as Colorado. Well, I was duped. I received the dress, not worth the $75 it cost; it was more along the lines of a cheap $20 you can get from Amazon. I have started the return policy, which I anticipate is going to be really long and frustrating, and the first respone the customer service person told me to and I quote "To save you time, here we have two suggestions: see if you can give the dress to friends or sisters who might fit into it." Then proceeded to list two options: offer 50% off coupon or $35 gift card for another order OR 30% off this order. So basically they are scamming me into only getting a 30% refund. I will fight this till I get my FULL refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

The quality of The dresses from this shop/web-page is so poor that they can not be used for anything. They are deformed, the fabric smells toxic and they are badly sewn. Its impossible to Get a refound or to send them back, and they are not cheap given the quality or state they come in. Customer scervice is also really bad, and i would say the whole thing is a fraud. Do not use rosedressed.com

I ordered 2 dresses from this company. On Oct 14 it said a shipping label was created and since then the tracking info shows nothing. I have tried to email the company twice and received no response. Terrible.

A scam of a company. DO NOT order. They charge you and won’t ship the item. Take notice that there is not a contact number for them and they reply via email with grammatical errors as if a 1st grader is typing the replies. Do not waste your time or money.

date i ordered 11-08-2021 the dress was shown as a pale pink with almost a mauve color on site. When I got the dress it was bubble gum pink way different from photo. went online did research and found their customer service contact info which is I call them and finally, I was able to return the dress to the company. Don’t buy anything, clothes bad sizes, bad quality Do not buy from them. Do not buy from them. Poor quality completely dissatisfied company nu#214

I gave the rose dress one star because it wouldn’t let me give any less. First of all I needed the dress for my reunion. They said it ships within 1 to 3 days and it arrives within 6 to 8 days it’s been three weeks and I just received one of my dresses. My reunion is over already. I ordered two dresses just in case the one didn’t look good on me since it said I could return the dress online. The first dress was ugly and low quality so I contacted them and asked them if I could have the address so I could return it.. (keep in mind the return policy says they have to receive it before 14 days or they will not give you a return). They charge you for shipping anyway so I asked for the address. I got an email three days later saying that the other dress I had ordered was still in transit and they will not give me the address until the other one comes in. (why would they care I have to pay shipping anyways) I asked them again for the address told him I was going to send it separately because they’re 14 day window. Three days later again I get a scrambled email where you cannot see the return address portion only for the return. This is a shady outfit that they’re running it’s a total scam and their dresses are super low quality. They are somewhere out of the country and they must make the dresses to order and they just Use the Colorado address and a Whittier address which is a dropship just to make it look like it’s here in the US. Also the emails come at night when I get them which is another clue. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful service. Ordered a dress 20th August. Still hasn't arrived. Have emailed numerous times - no tracking information. I have asked for a refund. They keep fobbing me off. I escalated with PayPal to no avail. Stay away and do not buy from this site. Should have done my research first.

I feel bad for all the people who got scammed. They steal photos from house of cb to put on their website. Buyers beware

Ordered a dress on 5-21. Was told that it would arrive in about 8 business days. But I would also receive an email when it was ready to be shipped Nope, didn't happen. I had to constantly email them and finally received an email after requesting a refund that a shipping label had ben created in NJ. That was 6 days ago. Today is 6-9-2021, still haven't received any information and of course haven't received my dress. The location for the company is in Colorado. But... it appears that the merchandise is being shipped from China. Would I have ordered rom them had I known this? Absolutely not. Lesson learned-from now on I will only buy in the US and will do more research. Maybe if more people in the US refuse to but international, these people will be put out of business!

(about FLORAL DEEP V LACE UP HIGH SLIT SLIP MIDI DRESS - COFFEE) The dress in the photo is gorgeous! The one I received is brown, muted maroon, and a goldish mustard instead of the pictured bright orange and yellow hues. The fit itself is just weird... The slit isn't near as high, it doesn't hug your midsection and just kinda hangs (or at least, for me, showed off the area of extra flesh on the stomach area unflatteringly). The top section remains very pretty. I have a friend whom I'm sure would do a great job of making this into a crop top if they don't let me return this... Be warned: color differences apparently don't count as a reason for being different than pictured. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Every step was extremely delayed, there's no phone number, and tracking and shipping both took forever (it said it left the facility the next morning for USPS but didn't begin tracking again until over a week later). It MIGHT be okay enough if you have a slim frame but girls with mild curves or athletic figures should probably stay away. For reference: I'm a 34D, 29 inch waist (I forget my hips, sorry), with a slightly athletic figure. Just proceed knowing that this dress is worth the marked down price, not the original one. Clearly found out WAYYY too late that the company has a history of scams... Check Google. Hope this helps someone avoid my current situation...

I spent $250 on dresses I needed for a specific weekend. I ordered three weeks in advanced just to give myself room if I didn’t like them/fit. Well two weeks pass and I never received a shipment email, I emailed and they never responded. Waited an additional week and received 1 dress. Emailed again and they send me a UPS link that’s blank!! I never received my other dresses, and they never kept me updated. It’s been 5 weeks and took my money and never gave me my dresses. SCAMMERS!!!
