I found The Rugs Warehouse by chance while looking for a rug for my newly decorated lounge. The range is impressive both in colours, patterns and materials used. I opted for a 100% New Zealand wool rug in what looked like the right colour ways. I ordered, paid and have since been regularly updated on the progress. The rug was on a made to order basis so there was a wait. The good news was that it was slightly quicker than promised. The rug was really true to colour and is perfect, just fits so well. The quality is excellent and I expect to get a good few years from it. All in all this was a purchase that went well from start to finish, the service is professional and the item worth the investment. Recommended 👍🏻

We've ordered two rugs from here now, the quality, colour, feel, delivery and customer service are all phenomenal. I never thought I'd be someone who felt a rug would make a big difference, but they've really made the rooms we've put them both in. One is a beautiful rust coloured fur and it has this incredible shine and colour, anyone who walks on it finds it incredible too. We encourage people to take their socks off to get the full feel 🤣 love love love!!

Wonderful selection of rugs available online to suit all tastes. Delivery was speedy and the quality of the rug was very good. I would certainly purchase from them again. They followed up with an email to ensure that the courier had delivered.

what you see is what you get! great selection and I found the pictures to be truly reflective and accurate, and so are the measurements. I would've probably added some more info in description like notts/ sq meter on handmade rugs, but this is a minor issue.
the confirmation and delivery sevice are as described and very assuring!

The Rugs Warehouse has a great selection on its site, the filters and navigation make it quite easy to select based on colour, material, shape etc. The delivery time was long, but that was flagged up on point of purchase and the advice about delivery and follow up afterwards was spot on. I was a bit nervous about whether the rug would be as nice as it looked in the picture, but it is even better and ties the room together brilliantly.

Really good experience as they helped me get the rugs I wanted and were proactive, alerting me when they arrived. Good communication throughout and great rugs at the end of it. Highly recommended.

I’ve just received my beautiful rug. I ordered 6 working days ago, the website said 5-9 days delivery. Spoke to the company and they said they’d see what they could do. I received it this morning. I don’t live permanently in my flat and so only here for a few days. Thank you for organising this for me and for making my life easier. I highly recommend this small independent company. 👏👏

I was so pleased to find the lovely rug I wanted reduced on this site. The delivery was excellent, ordered on Sunday and delivered, well wrapped,early the following Tuesday. I would certainly recommend this company and would have no hesitation is using them again.

Easy site to look at, as I knew what size and colour rug I was looking for. After ordering regular contact was made to keep me up to date. Delivered within days. Love the rug and just as on the picture. Don't want to walk on it looks so good in my lounge. Free delivery, but feel the cost reflected this as I saw it cheaper elsewhere with free delivery, but was out of stock!
