Poor Shipping service

Really unhappy with shipping service by Evri! Company should seek to improve this or change shipping provider if this persists with anyone else

Good selection of products and scents

Good selection of products and scents. Selected the coconut and vanilla ultimate beard care set. Got everything you could need. Products feel, smell and look good. Packaging is very professional. Only issue is they are so popular lots of products are out of stock.

I was really looking forward to using…

I was really looking forward to using this product, and don't get me wrong, the scent was amazing but unfortunately the balm is very grainy and difficult to apply without clumps of what I think is crystallised pieces. I don’t know if this is how their beard balm is supposed to be or if I got a dodgy one, hopefully if the latter, they fix this, as like I said, the scent is amazing

Long delay with arrival of product

Long delay with arrival of product. Slow response when enquiring about delivery. Eventually it transpired that the delivery firm had lost the package. Speedy re-delivery and the beard oil is really nice.

Poor product quality and non-existent customer service

I ordered the acetate hair comb because I have thin and brittle hair and read acetate might be a gentler material to use.
The comb arrived and I was satisfied with the quality and design of it, until two months into using it the comb split in half making it unusable.
I emailed the customer service sharing photo evidence of the poor quality of the product and asking for a replacement comb given I didn't think it was ok for a product to break within a couple of months of normal use.
This was nearly a month ago and I haven't heard anything back.

Amazing …

Really pleased with my order came within the week of ordering. Package was good to protect the product. The beard lavender smells amazing and the beard roller is good. High quality products definitely recommend.

Customer service terrible …

I emailed on Sunday and let the chap know that I needed the parcels by Tuesday as it was a wedding present which he said he would do, if I placed the order on Sunday incl 24 Royal tracking. I have emailed them and only to be told it out on delivery and today is Wednesday and no parcel and my friend left to get married without his gift. So disappointing and I have asked a full refund including my postage fee. If this company said the truth than I would have not ordered as I needed the gift for a reason.
