My go to for all beard products!

I made a purchase via their website on Wednesday 26 April for which the order was confirmed the same day. Despite the fact their website states dispatch 1-2 business days for arrival 1-2 business days, I did not receive any communication so I emailed them on 02 May to which I was advised the item was out of stock, not detailing which items from my order or when they expect a further delivery. Had I not emailed them I would probably still be waiting and yet the order was confirmed several days prior.

Seems like they have spent all their money on marketing and branding and zero consideration for customer experience/service.

Not sure how the company has so many positive reviews given their customer service is nonexistent and no contact telephone numbers, especially the customer service ones given my personal experience, slow email response times and the fact there is no telephone number to contact the company. I also asked for a number to speak with them and this part of my query was just completely ignored!

Also, registering for their points is just as bad is it doesn’t work, I raised a query as the website didn’t appear to be working, but as response times were soooooo slow, I gave up.

Life’s too short to deal with this company, there are plenty of others out there!

Bought the sandalwood beard oil was great quality however i have used a similar product which was half the price so wont be buying again. Beard brush on the other hand great quality great price a must have

Hi I wanted to update my reviews I bought a beard gift set from sardar.co, as my delivery was delayed and I was worried should I buy another gift set? I spoke to Sardar.co through live chat and they showed excellent customer service and offered me to collect the product from their store as delivery was delayed due to postal strike. My product was gift wrap very nicely as it’s shown in the picture. Thank you so much The Sardar.co team for solving the problem and excellent customer service. I will definitely using your service again👍

The products are amazing! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that my order arrived very late, despite paying for expidiated shipping. It should have arrived within 8-11 days (as written), but it arrived after 20 days. It would be great if I can get a refund on the extra shipping fee I paid. Thanks!
