Fantastic service and a brilliant choice

Any time I place an order it’s always delivered promptly and is exactly what I ordered. I will always order my Scentsy products through them, and have never had any issues. Can’t wait to place my next order once my current bars are done…….or maybe just a sneaky wee one before then as they have loads of new fragrances🤗 got a little freebie goody bag too this time, which was a really nice surprise, thank you!

First class company

First class company. From ordering to my products being delivered, nothing was ever to much trouble. The products came in excellent condition and I was kept up to date throughout my delivery and dispatch. I would highly recommend the Scented Candle company.

The bulbs I ordered for my plug in wax…

The bulbs I ordered for my plug in wax warmer are not warm enough to melt the wax sadly had to purchase some from elsewhere
Frustrating as i would of thought the ones from Scentsy would work perfectly on their own products
The ones ordered where the 15 watt ones

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that your wax is not melting

Scentsy bulbs will melt Scentsy wax, so the only explanation here is that you are not using Scentsy Wax.

Scentsy wax is made from paraffin which will melt at lower temperatures resulting in a safe environment.
Normal wax has to be heated at a higher temperature to melt.

Great company

Great company. I recently moved house and asked them to hang onto my order until after my move date which they kindly did. Everything arrived 2 days after I moved in and it made my day 😊
Will certainly use them again.

Fantastic!

After a false start with. DPD saying they had delivered my order, I contacted the company who quickly resolved the issue and sent out a replacement order. Definitely order from the company again
