My Audi was collected on.24/11/19 by a chap who said very little and didn’t appear too happy to be there. I personally don’t appreciate someone who has an edge to them not being very helpful. When I asked for a receipt to confirm the agreed amount to be paid to me he simply said well that’s it. I was given a sheet of paper which didn’t confirm this at all. To his disgust I took a photo of the other sheet with this information for my own use.
I had t9 call the office only 30 minutes after collection because I forgot to note the 11 digit no to declare SORN. I was promised by Emma that she would call me back before going home with this but she didn’t.
Today on Thursday 28th November i’m still chasing the £200 owed to me which should’ve been paid immediately according to the nice lady (Linda) on the phone.
I don’t wish to leave a negative review but the facts speak for themselves Terry and to be perfectly honest the6 are not good at all.

• If you go there to buy what ever part for your car they will give a wrong or damaged part!
• Obviously you will have to come back to return the part back to them.. But that will never be!!
• “Terry” will be offering you a credit note (witch is bull****) or he will be lying at you saying:
“Leave me your bank details and I will transfer you the money next week”.
[I personally paid him cash when I bought the part]
Then stage 2 you will be chasing him for ever!!
• Lucky me I got witnesses and a hidden video camera was filming during my all visits as evidence. Also my lawyer will get me a decent compensation for assaulting me!! (Police got involved) and soon “Terry” and two of his workers will get arrested”
• P.s: He keeps changing the name of the scrapyard so be careful lads!
