Restoring leather furniture.

Ordered 2 litres of Premium All in One Leather Dye -leather dye in cream to do a 3 seater, arm chair plus square 60cm foot stall.

Along with leather cleaner & flexible filler.

Total coverage & protection combination.

We got DLS sofa set about 15 plus years old.

We got a 3 seater sofa & arm chair plus square 60cm foot stall.

Was unsure of the colour of the leather, either cream or ivory.

Unfortunately didn't have a leather sample to send to the company to carry out a colour match, mix up the perfect match.

Had to guess from the website.

As it turns out I was wrong. The creamly yellow tone was lighter shade to the original colour cream with a hint of reddish tone.

As it happens was not bothered.

1st I used there 500 mil cleaning liquid. This does an excellent job cleaning the leather deep down. Use the spong provided, becomes a soapy condition. Could buy a smaller bottle. 250 mil may be. Once dry.

2rd step I used there flexible filler. Covering up cracks & scratches. If necessary carefully smooth down with low grade sand paper.

3rd stage I brought 500 mil bottle of primer. Using a cloth wipe over the leather may need 2 coats. Once dry or sticky to the touch. Ready to paint. Could get away with a smaller bottle. This helps the final stage for the dye to bond to the leather.

Final stage brought 2 litres. Used a bottle & half to do the job.

I coated the leather several times drying with a hair dryer when necessary. I used a sponges at 1st lightly covering it then a spong brush. Following with a new spong dabbing it on the leather.

Have plenty of gloves.

I left the dye to fully dry at least 3/4 days until wiping over with palm cream. Giving the leather a shine & addition protection.

Fully recommend put a few days to refurb your sofas. Plus a few days to dry. Before relaxing.

Really happy with the results the leather furniture looks like new.

Time will tell how long it will last.

The colour matching service could be better provided by the company by sending out colour samples on card or leather. To assist the customer. Rather than requesting the customer sampling leather samples.

Emailing them directly is easy and quick replies when asking questions.

Customer services is excellent.

What a fabulous product. Have restored my sofas to an invisible finish. It is brilliant product if you use correctly. Videos show how.

I order black leather restorer. The product was delivered damaged. I sent photos to the supplier, but they don't respond.

I’ve just purchased some leather repair paint for my Range Rover leather seats and applied it today and the results are fantastic I am truly impressed how good my seats look they look almost like new again and my car is 14 years old!! Absolutely amazing product!
I bought the Ultimate Leather Cleaner and Premium All in One Leather Colourant for my 14-year old car which has cream leather seats and they’ve come up like new.
The colourant has removed worn leather stains and a scratch and I really can’t praise these products enough!

Did some digging as who to trust with my 69 black muscle car for polishing and heard great things and reviews with Scratch Doctor experiences. I noticed the last show and shine that I dropped the ball with swirls and light scratching with 25 year old paint (which usually showed pretty darn well). Met Brennan and liked his honesty/approach as to what I should do with car. Got lucky with book in time and he made my car gleam like a fresh paint job ! Thx again

Colour not matching and sent them pictures of this. They then sent further colour samples which none of them matched. The sales rep Claire that was dealing this offered full refund with postage cost. They refunded the order but not the £7.30 postage cost and after chasing this with the sales rep they’re telling me it was refunded. I really don't understand why you would tell me you’re going to refund it and even have the nerve to send e-mail that it was refunded when it wasn’t. Absolutely pathetic service. And this is why you should always buy from big companies like Amazon and not these small companies, know for fact this would have been resolved swiftly with Amazon.

Update to merchant response- no misunderstanding at all, your sales rep Claire made it clear that she will refund the postage cost on the telephone call and furthermore on emails when I chased it up, she literally said it was refunded and this was on more than one email when it wasn’t refunded.

Color mismatch, sponge applicator is not good. Not satisfied at all.

Bought some black dye suitable for Black Dakota leather for some scratched leather

Significantly darker shade than the rest of the seat. Will see if it fades over time to a lighter shade

Followed all their prep guidance etc

Great quality product. I don't normally leave reviews but this was easy to use and results were outstanding. The leather on my drivers seat had some wear marks where cream had gone through to brown leather underneath. After researching my interior code I ordered a small bottle of leather dye the results were amazing. I have a steering wheel cover and aftermarket gear knob that weren't quite the right colour so I thought I'd give them a go . After a couple of coats they look factory fresh very impressive

I bought Scratch Doctor Leather Colour Restorer in dark tan, to treat my well worn, over 20 year old settee. After only 1 application, the results were amazing! Bearing in mind that the original colour of the leather was not uniform when it was new, it was more 'dappled'. The worn parts on the seats literally had no colour left on them, now they look almost new again. The dark tan colour was a perfect match and the clear instructions made the cream easy to apply.

I have given The scratch doctor a scoring of 1 as the colour on their website that I ordered and sent to me was absolutely NOTHING like the colour chart on their website,neither of the 2 bottles were touched and sent back within a couple of days,I had payed for the 48 hour tracking that cost over £9s as requested by the company, After the 48 hours I still had not heard from Scratch Doctors so emailed them, to be told Sorry for the late response but the 2 bottles had been used and I was not getting a refund,I cannot believe that they are actually accusing me of sending them 2 used bottles back and what an absolutely ridiculous excuse to keep peoples money,even if one had been damaged in transit I very much doubt both would be, absolutely shocking behaviour and will not be leaving it at that, I will be InTouch with my bank too.
Update!!! Recently been told the bottles were damaged I transit and was refunded for the 2 bottles but still lost out on the postage paid

Used this companies suede care product due to the fact i couldnt get hold of the Kiwi product ive used for years.

The suede protector has ruined two pairs of my sanders chukkas, covering them in small dark dots that will not clean off.

I purchased a Taupe Brown Suede Leather Mix Forever Comfort Knee High Boots from “Next” for £92 size 4 on the 05/02/2026. I wore them once on Valentines Day and decided to look on Amazon for a Suede Cleaner & Protector. I purchased the “Scratch Doctor Suede & Nubuck Complete Care Kit Cleaner Foam Protector Spray Professional Wire Brush Included for use on Shoes, Boots, Bags & Jackets for £19.95 from Amazon because this Product was endorsed by the “Good Housekeeping Institute Approved 2025” which I thought was a Brand I could trust and rely on. I used the Foam Cleaner on my New Suede Boots as instructed on the label. Unfortunately, and to my absolute horror my beautiful new Boots have been ruined by this product. I inform you this product was not “Fit for Purchase”. I have evidence of the damage. I have taken photos & I took a video of the damage. I also have “Proof of Purchase” and I also followed the instructions on the label. As a consumer have Legal Rights to compensation when products cause damage to personal property through no fault of their own. Therefore, I request the “The Scratch Doctor” fully compensates me for £92.
I will email “The Scratch Doctor” with all the relevant evidence and my complaint. I will also be contacting Citizens Advice Bureau about my complaint. I will also contact “Trading Standards” and questioning the authenticity of the “Good Housekeeping Institute Approved 2025” labelling on this product. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction within a timely period I will escalate this matter further.

Great Company and i like The quality of the product. I bought the All in One Leather colourant and had few misses with matching the paint with my car seat because they were probably painted before. Thanks to included samples I got clear match for interior, and thanks to Carl for sorting this one out, because the sample i got matched to my interior wasn’t available on website.

Fast delivery and prompt customer service. Ordered leather dye but received polyurethane paint. Totally mislead. No refunds. Will be raising a chargeback with the credit card company.

Update after reply from seller:
To clarify to anybody reading, I ordered the "RAL All in One Premium Leather Dye". That's how it is listed on the website and invoice. It is only ever described on the listing a dye and never as a paint.

This was the product that was recommended to me by the sales staff after I asked for a leather dye.

I placed an order on Saturday, July 19th, opting for 2-3 day tracked delivery. Although I understood it would be prepared over the weekend, I was pleased to get an email on Monday, July 21st, confirming it had been shipped, along with a tracking number. However, by July 23rd, the status hadn't updated, and Royal Mail indicated they were still anticipating the package.After reaching out via email, I was informed the order was actually sent on Tuesday, which explained the delay in tracking updates. This left me puzzled, as I had received a notification on Monday stating the shipment had been dispatched.If the package does not arrive by Saturday, July 26th, I will have no choice but to contact my bank to address this issue as a potential fraud case.Update:The tracking number was provided on Monday at 08:33, but it didn't reflect any changes until Wednesday. Once it updated, it showed the package arriving at the Preston mail center. Interestingly, after I expressed my concerns, the order suddenly appeared at the center. This mishap, due to their oversight, means the package won't arrive until Friday, though it should've been delivered by Thursday if dispatched on Monday.

I contacted the scratch doctor during the JLR hacking incident to see if they could help with matching the colour of my Range Rover velar seats, I phoned the number on the website and was answered straightaway by a very polite and helpful Claire she took my vin number and said that when JLR systems were resolved she would contact me 4 week later she did and sent me samples which I matched to my car , the company and Claire went out of there way to help, great service I would recommend to anyone with similar problems to use them
