Trainer laces

Searching for 130cm replacement trainer laces as not an easy thing to purchase and did not want to use Amazon. Unfortunately ordered 3 pairs thinking would be useful but I did not notice the width of the lace and not what I wanted. Paid for first class delivery on top and received 4/5 days later with a large second class stamp on envelope they arrived in. All round a waste of £10.20 but my fought I should have ordered from slave labour Amazon.

Repeat customer for the alderwood shoe…

Repeat customer for the alderwood shoe trees, so you can draw your own conclusions on that score. The Shoe Snob customer service kept me abreast of the despatch schedule via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Props also to the Royal Mail driver who arrived with the packages within the first 90 minutes of the advised 4 hour delivery window.

Great customer service

Great customer service.
There was a stock issue with some of the items in my order and I got a call about it, not just an email, with the intention to find the best solution for me. It turned out a partial refund was best and they resolved that no problem. There were issues with the postal service (not the shoe snob) which meant I missed my delivery and had to be sent back to them, which took a very long time. When they received the parcel, they called me again to try to get it back to me ASAP.

This is a great company with excellent Customer Service.

Although there was a delay in receiving my purchase, I was 'phoned by Julian who was very apologetic to explain the hold up. He phoned me for a second time and I was very impressed at his courtesy and kindness. When the socks arrived my husband was delighted with their quality and I sent for another pair.
Other companies should sit up and take lessons from Julian because he is the epitome of what Customer Service should be. I would certainly recommend this Company and hope to use it again in the future.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service from Julian and the Shoe Snob team.

Followed up months later (without me prompting or asking - tbh, I had forgotten about it) on an original order for some laces I had been looking for but that were out of stock at the time I ordered. Julian got in touch with me and sent me 2 pairs free of charge. First class customer service. Highly recommended.

No communication

The ordering process is just fine but there is no communication as to when they ship it out or a tracking number to see when it will arrive.

The order was shipped out over seven days after it was placed and again there was no communication as to why it was delayed or that it was actually shipped.

Only after reaching out did I receive confirmation that they will be shipping out the next day.

Excellent Service Standards

My order was processed and confirmed very quickly and I was offered an alternative for an out of stock item. Confirmation of despatch was followed by an anticipated delivery date. My package was delivered a day earlier than anticipated. Excellent service all round
