Product purchased as always is excellent - when a couple of the laces weren't available, customer service came back to me for further instructions and alternatives that I could replace the laces out of stock.
Although the time involved to delivery was somewhat longer than would be normally expected, the impact of the global pandemic and associated transportation issues, I was very pleased with the service - - well done good people.

Still waiting for delivery
Still waiting for delivery! My order is stuck at Stanstead airport. Maybe if It had been shipped via Royal Mail (which I paid for) instead of the vile and incompetent FedEx, I might have received it by now. Oh well, Christmas IS coming, I hear.
