Absolutely blown away by the service from Shrimp Factory UK 🤯. The quality of the shrimp I received was genuinely mind-blowing—healthy, vibrant, and clearly well cared for.

Delivery was incredibly fast (arrived within 16 hours), and everything was packaged to perfection. Each item was securely packed, clearly labeled, and arrived in flawless condition.

What really stood out, though, was the support. I spent quite some time chatting with them, and they went above and beyond—offering detailed advice on nutrition, genetics, and shrimp keeping/breeding in general.

Honestly 10/10 service.
Orders shipped really quickly and the shrimps arrive so safe in their packaging. Lost 1 of 20 but looks like it was trying to shed in the bag and got stuck.
However we did get sent a few extras which we are really grateful for and my little shrimp tank looks amazing! Thank you so much! Will definitely be ordering again!

Easy order online and arrived on time. I like that the seller doesn't post on weekends, so the shrimp don't hang around a sorting office. I ordered 2 shrimp online and still got an extra one. Many thanks, great experience.
