Three Signs for the price of two, all excellent quality, very happy with the order.

This is my 2nd purchase from this company for magnetic signs for my vans, really pleased with the quality and cost with both purchases

Six banners ordered using a mixture of on-line design and supplied artwork. Very helpful with design issues and delivered within days. Excellent quality as always and they all look fantastic, at a very competitive price.

The quality of Vinyl for van sign writing is very good. Easy to apply as well.
The sign builder was the cheapest I could find for van sign writing. The website is good as you can pick your van and see what the design looks like, however it could be improved as the back of the van image was very small so harder to see how the design would look. Delivery was a little longer than first thought, about 1.5 weeks from ordering it was delivered, but I was not in a huge rush for it. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a sign on the 2nd April and hadn’t received it on the 18th so chased them and was informed the ink was expected this week. Delivery was promised for the 24th (over 3 weeks from order). Didn’t receive any email notification regarding the delay.

Signs are quality

I ordered 3 signs with 1 being smaller than the other 2. They sent me 3 all the same size. When I emailed them I received incredibly arrogant replies. The stickers look cheap and nasty and certainly not worth anything like what they cost.

What you say is correct BUT it would have been good customer support if you had contacted me to discus the order before just printing what is of no use to me. It also does not excuse the incredible arrogant replies I received by email! I could have bought them a lot cheaper elsewhere but I ordered from your company as I was impressed with your website and I wanted something a bit special for the renaming of this boat in memory of the loss of our 2 year old dog to kidney disease. This was not about getting a refund and I didn't ask for that in any emails I sent. It would have been good customer care if the person who replied to me emails had offered to correct the problem for me, at a further cost, instead of defending the company. You may well have printed what you believe to be correct but your customer support is dreadful!!

Very pleased with the sign from The Signbuilder - pretty straightforward to order on line and communications were good. A very reasonable price and good to be able to order the clips for attaching to a post at the same time. Would recommend.

Excellent service. I gave them the image I wanted printing and it was far too small but they adjusted it for me and the print came out perfect.

Outstanding service! Very quick turnaround on the product requested and was contacted almost right away advising there was a problem with the images I uploaded for production. So, instead of just printing it and letting the quality slip, Russell contacted me to get the original high-quality versions of the logo I asked for so that they could provide the best service possible! 100% recommend and looking forward to working together again in the future !

I am in a electric wheelchair and the sign they done for me outside my house is brilliant, people think twice before parking in my disable space, and it has the number of my house on it. I would certainly use this company again.

The website was difficult to use. It was not made clear that you must register before any details can be saved. There wasn’t anybody to reply when things were going wrong. I was expected to guess what needed changing. There was also confusion over ‘let us design for you’. I chose this because it was difficult to do your own design or copy an existing one. The wrong details appeared on my digital order form which I don’t think I was responsible for. The price was much more than advertised and two different company names took my payment.
