I would offer 10 stars if possible!I had an amazing experience with TheSkateroom! Their service quality is exceptional – I’ve never seen a team that cares so much about their customers. Even when I had a minor issue with delivery, they went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients really stand out. I highly recommend TheSkateroom – they truly deserve recognition for how they treat their customers! Can’t recommend them enough!

After winning the bid for my item at The Skateroom (trading as Brussels Gallery on Catawiki) and completing my payment, I received no communication about shipping. Despite multiple attempts to contact them—even today—I received no response. Eventually, my order was canceled and refunded without explanation. I strongly believe this is because I purchased the item at a value lower than what they wanted. Very disappointing customer service and lack of transparency. Would not recommend.

absolutely horrible. spent $360 on 2 boards and waited 2 weeks for them to finally ship just to get delayed half way and then sent to a completely different state and city still dont have my boards never again im i ordering from the skateroom and wouldn’t recommend i want my money back !

I ordered some artistic skateboards and the were well packaged and the condition was as advertised. We had some issues with customs which diverted and delayed the delivery without explanation by UPS or Customs but Skateroom responded quickly and checked in often until the issue was resolved.

Ordered a skate deck and UPS lost the parcel, contacted The Skateroom and over multiple emails they sent me a replacement.
I’d like to personally thank Pauline who helped with everything.

Easy to do business with, the quality of the work is very high quality, and the pieces showed up on time and as expected.

The turnaround from order placement to arrival was phenomenal.
The only drawback if any is that they don’t institute signature requirement for out of the country deliveries to minimize potential unsecured package theft.
