Just avoid, I am on my 3rd one of these now but the previous pro and the new pro have both gone faulty within a few months and they have no warranty on anything and just ignore emails. You may as well buy a cheap Amazon one as the brand doesn’t mean quality at all.

Love their ear cleaner, works really well with great camera quality that has no lag. I recently had an ear infection and was able to submit the photos to the doctor and they were able to help me without having to go in

It's so good for ensuring your ears are clean and clear. The camera quality is really good with the ear tips. The blackhead tool is also great for helping remove the blackheads.
Shoddy company
Shoddy company. Ordered a smart bud in may. It was sent but I couldn't get access to any updates for a tracking number. Royal mail attempted to deliver whilst I was at work. They left a card. I went in the website to request it be sent to my local post office the following day. No further updates for days. Contacted royal mail and made a complaint. Even went down to my local sorting office and told by the manager they were aware of it and suspect it might have been "lost in the post". Contacted smart bud and requested either a refund or to send me a new item as the previous item sent had supposedly been lost. Numerous repeated attempts made to request they send me the item I've paid for. Numerous broken promises to provide me with a tracking number. Today I have Contacted my bank and requested all of my money back. I will also be exposing this company to the media for what they are SCAM ARTISTS!!! They don't even have a customer service line you can call and everything is through email. What sort of company operates like that. If you want some advice...avoid them like the plauge and save yourself a lot of stress and aggrevation by ordering elsewhere.

Shoddy experience with zero updates
Ordered the smartbud, had to email after a week of no updates only to get told it would be 2-3 days from then till it was shipped to me. Then 2 weeks later I got tired of not knowing anything so emailed again to get hit with the fact that it was still at the port (which was the same thing they told me last time). If I hadn’t asked for updates they wouldn’t have told me anything. Cancelled order and I don’t recommend this website to anyone.

Ordered the blackhead remover months ago, fast delivery, works brilliantly no problem.
Ordered the ear wax removal on the 19th. Chased numerous occasions now as I’ve still not received my delivery. No response. Not happy at all and hopefully get a full refund asap.

Still not received orderr
Placed an order May 29th, still haven't received the product nearly a month later (June 28th at time of writing), I've had some prompt email responses regarding the order but there was nothing to indicate they were out of stock on the website when it was placed. I never write reviews but I sincerely don't recommend buying from the company.
Smartbud Smart ear cleaner
I bought this product at the beginning of the year after being fed up of using basic every products.
I was sceptical before purchasing this product as I hadn't seen or used anything like this.
Once I first used this product I was amazed, it was so simple to downloadload the app and set up and barely took any getting use.
I couldn't believe the results I would so recommend this product to anyone
considering buying it.
Stll not received my order after a month
Placed an order nearly a month ago (24th of May) and I still have not received it.
I sent an email on Monday and not had any response from Smartbud.
Each order I have placed with Smartbud has been delivery, but not to this extent.
It feels that they take orders knowing full well that they do not have the stock.
Unfortunately I will not be placing another order with this company, and I would encourage others to avoid too.
UPDATE AUG 25 - finally received a response, requested to speak to a manager about my complaint and I was also told that they would contact me once the stock had arrived.. I never received either communication. And bizarrely they have removed me from their mailing list. It appears that they do not like it when their practices and how they conduct business comes into question.
I will be taking this further and making the Financial Ombudsman aware of how this company conducts business. They are extremely dishonest. The number of negative reviews on here and their website says it all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
