AVOID!

AVOID!! Ordered items in June they marked as dispatched the next day, with a fake tracking number, tried to contact them, they don’t reply to Instagram DM’s, I got no reply whatsoever, the customer service is SHOCKING! Had to open a case against them with PayPal to get a refund, they even added the fake tracking number to PayPal, anyway I won the case & finally got a refund after a month! Will never order from them again!

Sent partial order took 6 days to respond to me

Please see original issue below which has now been resolved. I eventually received an email (6 days after writing to them) saying they had IT issues and were sorry for the delay in getting back to me. They sent the missing items with some extra things I hadn’t ordered which was nice. They kept me updated with postage and emailed me the time it was due to be delivered.

I ordered 5 items, only 2 came. The invoice was in the box clearly showing that ordered 4 of one thing and one of the other but got one of each. I emailed them but received no response. I also private messaged them on Instagram and even commented on their latest post asking for information about the missing order and they have failed to respond to any of my correspondence.

Items undelivered!!

Ordered in early June and items still haven’t arrived. I have emailed them about it with no response at all. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from them

My items arrived damaged so I sent…

My items arrived damaged so I sent pictures of the damaged goods to the company asking for a replacement or refund. I received no response, despite following up with further emails. Customer service is shockingly bad, there’s been no attempt to correct their mistake or even acknowledge my attempts to contact them.
