Poor. Order never arrived
Order never came. Originally ordered on 1st September 2023, never turned up. Contacted them on a number of occasions to be told that my order has been archived by mistake and would be sent out the next day. Then they stopped responding.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so was able to get my money back.

Wish I'd read these reviews before…
Wish I'd read these reviews before placing my last order! Had ordered before with no issues. Had an email showing good discounts so decided to place my latest order. Had no updates regarding dispatch etc,so emailed to chase it up. Never received a reply but did receive the order a couple of days later. Unfortunately on opening there were some items missing,one or two were incorrect flavours and one was out of date. So far I have emailed twice,done a live chat,left two Facebook messenger messages and tried to phone but had no replies. Have contacted Clearpay to see if I can delay my next payments until the issues are recified,but haven't heard back from them either!
** Here I am a week after my original email was sent and I am still no closer to getting my issues rectified. I've had one reply via email and one via messenger both asking for my order number but nothing since. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole now,the customer service is appalling.
Disgrace of a compony
Many items ordered were out of date, some items were wrong or short,all stail, the service was shocking, the mystery items were Well under value and underrated, was massively late even paying the extra for speedy delivery, still waiting for a refund that I know j won't get, customer service sucks, the list goes on, use somewhere else, make this business gone,it's not worth the wait or the money :)

There was no response from them
There was no response from them. Waited 2 months still not got parcel. So got PayPal involved. Absolutely disappointed

Emailed 5 times and messaged through their chat about a missing item from my order. No reply to anything. Avoid at all costs.

I had x3 items missing from my order. I have rung and emailed countless times since the order was delivered but with no response. I’ve used this company many times without any problems over the last year but won’t consider using them again because of their poor customer service and lack of accountability.
Update
Despite numerous calls (to an answer phone) and repeated emails, no one is responding. I contact Dan, who said he was the owner, back at the end of 2022 and his number is no longer active.
Avoid this company and use others who provide the customer service you deserve!

Never received my order!!! No reply to any of my emails. Poor service.
Sorry, on all the reviews you say technical errors as the main issues, but then update your website with warning you are unable to receive emails. Secondly, if the issues is you have taken over the business and you have issues then sort it out before taking new orders.
This is the best way to lose regular customers.

Please forward the emails you sent to me and I bet you, you cant! Or just the replies on FB? Oops you cant can you because you are lying!! I haven't received anything from you. Do you think I will update the this if I received a reply from you? Sorry, I will call your BS. If you have my email send me a email or FB message, but don't go on trustpilot and call a customer a liar for not responding.
And secondly after adding another company bang you reply on trustpilot, I don't care if its agains the rules. You stole my money and wont give it back!! Do you think all the bad reviews currently on trustpilot, about you not replying to emails is because the customers are all lying?

Awful. Wouldn't even waste your time.
Ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order or even confirmation that its been shipped.
I emailed a few days ago more than once and still no reply.

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs.
It has been 5 weeks, Still no sign of delivery. I have emailed, text, whatsapped, and I'm still getting ignored!
Now in the process of getting my money back via the bank.
Ordered on the 12th of August
Ordered on the 12th of August, chases order up a week later and and was told it was due to the volume of orders.
I asked a few days after this and was told the item had been sent and they would review tracking.
No further contact or my items.
Now the website is completely gone!!!!

Awful - No response to emails
Awful service. Items were missing from my order, I’ve emailed twice to sort this and didn’t get a response. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they haven’t responded to that either! Avoid!!!
Not great
Had ordered before which went well. My latest order had an item missing and multiple open items. Emailed asking if there is anything to be done about it but haven't received a response a week later so id say this place is hit and miss.
Edit. After receiving this response i reached out again and had no reply
