BEWARE ‘the sneaker company ‘
Look at the message I received when telling them I had not received my trainers.
Obviously a scam they can’t even reply with well written grammar.

‘ We are sorry this how you feel your expernece went with us. Please understand we are small buisess who are finding our feet and trying our best with two memebers of staff.

Above is their message to me , also when looking into it , they had the same messages on Sizerunuk ,

Be careful people they specialise in Chinese knockoffs .

Bought some air Jordan 13 and felt it straight away as I only do air Jordan 13 and 14 retro cheap plastic and stiff .

Do not order .

Clever bunch they do price close to original ones so you don’t suspect.

Offered me a 50% refund after admitting they sold me fake trainers.

Also 20% off another purchase with several spelling mistakes in the email.

Luckily the day after I used their website, I contacted my bank and they authorised a full refund prior to the fake trainers arriving.

If your adamant that they are real check the insoles they pull out the stitching is stuck with cello tape! Email after email.. then I get one response offering HALF my money back and a 20% discount for my next purchase!! I don’t think so! Absolutely disgusting! Ruined my daughters birthday! If I could post pictures I would, fuming!! They are now ignoring every email! DO NOT BUY!!!!! I will be taking this as far as I can go to get my £130.00 back! Trading standards! They should be ashamed!

i ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago now not looking at any of the reviews on my mums card and i feel like i have been scammed and im not sure how to get a refund

Fantastic company! Would definitely order from here again! Got my air Jordans 1 and couldn't be happier! Fit perfect arrived within 10 days. Company replied to emails straight away

My son saved, & used birthday money to buy £170 pair of Jordan’s, they did eventually come but are fake. He is gutted 😔. Avoid sneaker media

Ordered my son some trainers 2 weeks ago which I haven’t received! only had 1 email giving me a tracking number which is unrecognised when trying to track order! They say in email that it will be delivered with Royal Mail but website says DHL ?
Email address is invalid and phone number is fake!
I paid through PayPal instalments so hopefully I can get money back and cancel the rest of the payments.

I ordered some trainers and after a week was concerned about not getting anything any emails or anything about the shoes then a few day later got a tracking delivery but waited a few weeks until I went on here to see the reviews and now can tell I have been scammed do not use this website u will be scammed

Why didn’t I read the reviews before I ordered! I am having the same problems as everyone else on here. They have taken my money, they have given me a bogus tracking number. How can they get away with this! PLEASE AVOID!

Sent wrong order and wont respond to emails or phone to sort out.

Not impressed They don't pick up the phone and I bought a pair of Jordan Trainers and ask for a tracking number and they keep saying I will receive a tracking number which is odd as they also state the trainers have been posted
These trainers cost £150 and they should be more profession in the way they treat customers

This is a Scam! I just paid for a pair of trainers and they’ve given me a tracking number that doesn’t work, it’s been 2 weeks since I purchased the shoes and it’s still pending. It’s so frustrating because I’m a Uni student who’s working a part time shift and all I wanted on my birthday is to treat myself a pair of shoes and they’re gonna scam innocent people 😭😭 at this point I just want a refund but they’re not even getting back to me

I am afraid I have got the same story has everyone else on here. Ordered trainers had a tracking number which comes up unavailable to track. Can't get through to the company by phone, email or any other way. I think I have been scammed, I wish trading standards would do something about these sites. Please avoid this " company"at all costs.

I ordered a pair of trainers from this site. After a few days without receiving any sort of tracking number I was concerned with the legitimacy of this site after a few bad reviews. I contacted customer support which replied very quickly and were very helpful. I waited 2-3weeks for the item to be delivered, which is understandable coming from abroad!! Upon receiving my item I can genuinely say I was extremely happy and will be using this site again.

Scam! They take money, promise items, give fake delivery tracking numbers etc. avoid at all costs. Even reading their replies to other reviews prove they are fake as their spelling is awful!

Same story as many others, ordered, delay, delay, delay. Sent a picture of the trainers I have ordered with a Royal Mail sticker stating 'Tracked 48' 6 days ago.... Feeling foolish that I didn't read reviews prior to ordering.. Paid via PayPal so will get money back..... SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered my sons trainers from here 10 days ago and 7 days ago I had an email with a tracking number which states it’s still being sent to Royal Mail, I read all the reviews on here and I am certain this company is a scam and everyone is having the same issues. Avoid at all costs and I will be requesting a refund through my bank and contacting trading standards, this company should not be allowed to trade and rip people off like this!
