My experience is the same as the several most recent. I wish I looked on here before placing an order. Please avoid purchasing from this company. Luckily paid via Paypal and should recoup the payment.

Scam company - avoid. I ordered a pair of trainers for my son. The paypal account the money goes to is in some random person's name. The US phone number on the website doesn't work. The UK number goes to some other random person's voicemail. I filled out the help form on the website and emailed the support email to ask to cancel the order. Yet another random person emailed me back to say it was cancelled and that I would receive a refund but I am still waiting. Thankfully I paid on AMEX so I will hopefully be able to get this fraudulent payment reversed.

I am still waiting on my order, I will now take things further to get my refund. No communication with the numerous attempts I have made and no order received. I Will continue to write negative reviews until I receive my refund. Will never purchase from here again. #scam

I’m 2 weeks waiting now, I had an email with a tracking number on saying it’s headed for Royal Mail but Royal Mail still haven’t received it after 2 weeks, I’ve emailed this company saying if it’s not sorted out with in the next 48 hours I’m cancelling, fortunately I paid through PayPal so I will get my money back

Don't seem to be very responsive, hotline phone on the website seems to be not actively tracked, as when you call no one picks up. Few weeks from order date no sign of any activity, seems more of a scam rather than normal company.

Wouldn’t have even have gave yous the one star! Just wanted to leave a review of how disgusting I am with company’s like this! Took £205 off me for a pair of trainers, knowing fine well they had no intention of sending them. Would like to warn everyone that this company is a scam! Hopefully stop someone else from being ripped off 👍🏼

Ordered my son trainers to find out a week later they have ceased trading. No goods no refund 😡

Ordered some trainers for my daughter contacted them numerous times via email and had no response... customer service is shocking and now when I go on the website it says it’s currently shut.. shouldn’t take peoples money if your not willing to send the item out or at least have some kind of communication with customers

avoid at all costs , ordered a £300 pair of jordans , they were never sent , all my emails and messages ignored. got onto them about reporting them to trading standards , they responded and tried to claim they had sent my shoes but then had no proof that they were sent. then refunded me after fighting with them!avoid at all costs ! go somewhere proper

Very disappointed in the service I received, however I saw some trainers I liked and thought why not - what a mistake I made. When placing my order, I was told that I would receive my order within 3-5 working days so imagine my surprise when 9 working days later my order is a no-show. To make it worse, when I questioned this I was met with a rude response by one of the staff who abruptly told them my shoes would soon arrive. They never did. Over two weeks past and the shoes hadn't arrived and a further week past before the order was cancelled. I will NEVER use the company again and I implore everyone else to avoid at all cost.
