SCAM!! Order a parcel 2 weeks ago, still not received any updates from my parcel. The company are ignoring all of the messages I send them on multiple platforms. Still will not give me my tracking number. This company is a big scam!! I have tried to cancel my order but they are refusing until I send my parcel back, that I still have not received. This is the 2nd time I’ve written a review as last time they told me to remove it. After looking at the reviews, I saw one from someone who works at The Sneaker Company, as I have emails from him, yet he was writing a review as a customer. This just shows how they are willing to write false reviews to trick people! Please DO NOT order from here.

UPDATE: After nearly 3 weeks of waiting my order has been cancelled. I was told on Monday that my order had been sent out, next day delivery, AND I was provided with a tracking number. However, today I have been issued a refund and the order had been cancelled. Liars

I would AVOID this company at all costs. Placed my order almost a month ago to have only received my refund today! Poor communication from members of the team, was told first order was lost in the post, second order just never arrived! And then 3rd order again asked for on several occasions , and they sent me a false tracking number which Royal Mail explained to me was ‘made up’ so glad I got my money back as I really think this whole company is a ‘scam’ and use people with a lot of followers on Instagram to ‘promote’ their business, don’t fall into that trap like me!

10/10. Fast message replies and good prices. Tried to search for a essentials hoodies and was struggling to find somewhere I trusted/prices wasn’t too high. Would deffo buy from again. Thanks!

Lower review than previous. Been in touch with this company after having no update for my order, who asked me to take down my review as it didn’t accurately represent the company as they are a small business and have a back log of orders. I understood this and agreed to take my review down. They told me my order would be taken to the post office the following day (Saturday) to no surprise it wasn’t and they ignored 2 emails I sent asking to supply my tracking number. It is VERY hard to get a hold of them and have messaged them on multiple platforms, the most recent being Instagram. Where they viewed my Instagram story but decided not to view my message. Extremely disappointing service and although I understand it’s a small business, now is the most important time to build a reputation and I can’t see myself buying again as it’s been a stressful experience thus far.

UPDATE:

They have now cancelled my order with no notice or reason why. What a waste of time. Avoid if possible

Ordered a black Essentials hoodie unfortunately it was delayed however these things happen and I can’t fault these guys they were great always communicating and keeping me up to date with my order. Will be ordering again soon cheers lads!
