Orders take quite a while to reach the United States, but most of the time that seems to be because they go through the New York City / New Jersey area, which increases the likelihood they get held up or bogged down by other deliveries. I have only ordered UK Zyn pouches and so far I have no complaints! Will certainly be reordering and trying some other brands out.

Their customer service and amount of products is unmatched! I had a hiccup with on of my orders getting lost in transit recently. I reached out and within the day Ricky got back to me, solved the issue and had another order sent out same day! I am in the US and will gladly pay the shipping fee to order from this company. 10/10

Not a great variaty
Took a full week to arrive which granted, is somewhat down to the courier service, however when the mystery box arrived it was 5 of all the same brand and strength. It will do but not much variation.
