When I placed my order firstly the failed to acknowledge the order. After chasing they did so saying I could access the code from "my account" only I do not have an account. Having contacted their support e-mail five times now I still have no answer or code for which I have paid. NOT IMPRESSED

Ordered Office 2021. Found that the "key" this vendor provides works only via phone activation. This already is a big no-no as you have to go through a lengthy process via an automated phone line.
At the end of the process, the automated voice simply stated that the "key" is invalid and dropped the call.
I reached out to the vendor via email but got no response. I also tried to call a few times but all you get is an answering machine. Be warned, this vendor is fraudulent, sells fake keys, and refuses to bother about any support or refund requests.

Office 2021 £9.99 - Great price? Activation key didn't work. Software Hub response rate to emails & webchat was zero. Have a no refund policy. Wasted £9.99 of my money.

Made order but product didn't work, had very little response from them after many mails to them. Asked for refund or new code but still nothing STAY away from this company they are not what they say they are

Product key for Windows 11 delivered immediately, but already registered with another device so couldn't activate Windows for me. Scammmmm.

Online help was exceptional. Thank you.....

Total scam. Email never arrived and they don't respond to any requests for the code, or for a refund. Stay clear

Purchased MS Office pro 2021. No email received but soon after the payment got the key on the payment screen itself. Web activation denied but phone activation Successful. Installed yesterday.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. Even checked on after a few days to make sure all was working fine and I was happy with the Microsoft office I bought from them. Thank you very much. 5 Stars.

Dreadful. Scam alert. Purchase made, item not provided did not work. Has ignored all attempts to contact.
Beware!!!

Purchased this and received the product key immediately. However had issues with the activation so i contacted The Software Hub and they advised activating it via telephone direct with Microsoft and sent the actual download file. It did take a while to activate via the phone but it did work via this method and i have been happily using the software for the last 2 months without issue. 4* because of the minor inconvenience of phone activation.

This company is not a scam.
Very good products at very competitive prices. Very difficult to install and required help. After numerous attempts finally got it to install, hence the 3* rating.

Had to ask for help after getting order confirmation.
Then had further guidance and got it set up and working today. Fantastic price and access to industry standard software. Including Outlook for email.

Great product and very easy to setup, defo use again

I purchased office professional 2019, although no email received with the key and no reply to my emails or calls to chase this, a total con.

I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus on 22nd March. The key wouldn't work, tried installing by phone, that wouldn't work either, just got cut off at the end. Went on the web chat and was told I would get a refund. On 28th March I was told by email the refund is processing, please allow a few days, but nothing has arrived. They now won't return my emails or web chat. I've tried to leave a review on their website as that's where I looked at reviews, but they didn't post my review, and of course all reviews are good!

Just a hassle free experience. Worked as it should and was not hassled to download stuff you don`t need or want

I ordered software on Good Friday. After the holiday I emailed SW hub. I received a prompt reply and the access and instructions to download the software.
The MS installation by telephone is a tedious process and you need to take care to enter numbers accurately.
However all went well and I have the software installed and working - so well done SW hub.
