Amazingly cheap Microsoft software - genuine!

Amazingly cheap, and genuine Microsoft software. I always subscribed to Microsoft 365, don't get me wrong, that's still good value for the software and extra storage, but I realised like most home users I just used a few applications and also having the very latest features wasn't important. Office 2001 Pro Plus for an insanely cheap price, amazing! It's a shame the online activation doesn't work, but the support staff provide full info on how to download the software and activate by telephone, so sorted, thank you!

Microsoft Office Not Supplied

I ordered the Office 2021 Pro from Thesoftwarehub on Friday 8 March, but the confirmation email promised straight away never arrived. I sent a message immediately to the seller via their website but never received a response. The site says messages are normally responded to within minutes. The £8.99 was taken from my account, but still no software. I have sent another message to the seller today via their website but again no response from the seller! I would please like a full refund.

Not a scam just a really good price.

Initially I couldn't activate the key sent for Office 21. I followed the info on how to activate but had no luck. Support sent another key but that one didn't activate either. Eventually after a few days communicating with support they advised activating over the phone. I did this and my key activated straight away, so if you are still having issues activating do it over the phone ( it is an automated line).
Truth be told I did have reservations when my key wouldn't activate but I kept communicating with support and they were very helpful and eventually resolved my issue.
Speaking from personal experience this is not a scam, do like I did and use the telephone option if you are having issues.

I withdraw my previous advice.

My first experience with this company made me wonder if they were operating a scam website and I wrote a review accordingly. I advised readers not to use this company. Since writing the report I found an email address and they responded to my issue. They have sent me a weblink to download Office 2021 pro which worked! I am much happier now. Its a pity their website does not contain accurate information.

Scam website

Scam website. Supplied license keys did not work. When I tried in touch the email did not work. From the gmail account I just got an automated email on activating by phone so I contacted Microsoft and they are not an authorised reseller. Thankfully not too much money down the drain. Avoid!

My money gone

My money - admittedly only £8.99 - was taken quickly and an email arrived promptly... but not the promised keycode for Office, rather a notification that "Order is waiting for serial keys to be assigned."
A few days later I noticed when logging into their site that a code had actually appeared on my order acknowledgement, though without any email notification. Copying this code into any of the fields recommended by TheSoftwareHub and others - even direct into my Microsoft account - met with failure. MS reported “This code wasn't found–try re-entering it. If the code is damaged, contact the seller…”
As reported by others, several attempts over several days to contact them via chat was a waste of time, with apparently nobody at the other end. emailing, as also reported, ended with delivery failures.

I just bought the office 2021 Home and…

I just bought the office 2021 Home and Student for Mac. I use excel for work (to make pivots etc.) and this was an incredible buy!

The key delivery was instant, and I'm now able to use word instead of having to use google docs all of the time.

I am really happy with my purchase and I would recommend The Software Hub to anybody looking to purchase software for work, school etc.

If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would!

Do not use this website!

I agree with all the other reviews. It appears this is a scam website. I have tried using the support email address but the mail is returned because the address could not be found. The same is true of the chat bot. It promises that contact will follow but has not.

As a customer

As a customer, I was attracted to the advertised promise of instant email delivery and thus expected to receive the necessary information shortly after making my payment. However, the non-receipt of the license key has left me unable to access the product for which I have already paid.

One to avoid

I placed an order for a Windows 11 license and waited patiently for the product key to be emailed to me. It never arrived.

One to avoid.

This has to be a scam

This has to be a scam. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, gather 'round for the tale of the century - a story so unbelievable, it makes the Loch Ness Monster look like your average goldfish. I've stumbled upon a website selling Office 2021 Professional Plus for £7.38. Yes, you heard it right. Less than the price of a decent sandwich. And who wouldn't swap lunch for the thrill of spreadsheets?

But wait, there's more! For the laughably low price of £3.61, you can get Windows 10 Home. That's cheaper than a London bus ticket. You could be navigating your PC instead of the rain-soaked streets. And for the grand finale, Windows 11 Pro for a mere £4.99. I mean, at these prices, you'd expect them to be hand-delivered by a unicorn, right?

Now, you might be thinking, "This sounds too good to be true," and you'd be as right as rain on a British summer's day. This company is more elusive than a straight answer in a political debate. They're not listed on the Microsoft Reseller Website. Perhaps they're too elite, like a secret society for software sales. Maybe they meet in a shadowy lair and swap USB sticks in hushed tones.

Their Trustpilot rating is a perfect 5 stars, which is as believable as me saying I'm in line for the throne. The link to their rating is as broken as my New Year's resolutions. It leads to nowhere, a bit like my career in ballet.

Contact details? Oh, you optimist. There's no email, no phone number, no postal address. It's like trying to get an RSVP from a ghost. This company is less reachable than a snowflake on Pluto. They're like that one friend who owes you money - suddenly nowhere to be found.

And the deals, oh, the deals. They're the stuff of legends, like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow or a taxi in the rain. It's the kind of bargain that makes you think, "Am I a financial wizard or just being conned?" Spoiler alert: it's probably the latter.

But let's indulge in a bit of fantasy. Imagine clicking 'buy now'. You wait by your mailbox, day after day, with the hope of a child on Christmas Eve. Weeks pass. Seasons change. Empires rise and fall. And still, no software. It's the digital equivalent of sending a love letter to a celebrity - you put your heart out there, but all you get is silence and a vague sense of embarrassment.

And the moral of the story? If it sounds too good to be true, it's probably because it's as real as my chances of becoming the next James Bond. So, if you fancy throwing your money into a virtual black hole, go ahead. But if you want my advice, you'd be better off investing in magic beans.

In conclusion, this website is a masterclass in the art of digital disappearance. They're the Houdini of online sales, vanishing without a trace, leaving behind only the faint echo of your laughter... or is it sobs? Hard to tell. Remember, in the world of too-good-to-be-true deals, you're more likely to find a unicorn riding a flying pig than to get what you paid for. Cheers to the internet – the land of dreams, schemes, and digital smoke screens!
