That is where The Solar Electrician idea was born. We work with multiple CEC approved solar retailers which I have personally vetted and known for a very long time. I source for you the best deal that best suits your unique needs. A lot of the big companies install one size fits all solar systems where in fact that couldn’t be further from the truth. I walk my clients through the entire process and give them a personalised service from start to end. Great with sales, poor with support
Installation took a lot longer than promised. Was paying off before installation was completed. Then there was a fault I raised l, but their engineers kept passing the blame, until a month later they finally accepted the fault was as I had been saying. This just dragged the completed solar out even more. The support after the sale was very below expectations.
*Update: the payments definitely did start. 3 bills and 2 repayments before it was working. 1 due to the fault which should have been easily resolved. Evan even contacted me to say how bad it was, but then never heard back from him.

A very very small percentage of systems do sometimes have faults. We need to go through the right avenues to have your warranty claimed. I am glad we got there in the end, If you feel we could have done better please reach out to my office and I will ring you personally.

There is a lot of things that need to happen prior to an installation occuring. Things such as ensuring we apply for the rebates on your behalf, obtain the relevant approvals, complete all the necessary compliance we are required to undertake as well as many other things.
The back end does sometimes require duplicate information to be conveyed to our clients but I am glad you are overall happy with our administration support.

Great way to install solar
We had our solar system installed by the solar electricians . We are very satisfied. It was easier than expected. All works including paperwork was taken care for .
