I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had with this order – I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait several days and then be told the trainers didn’t pass checks.
I’ve looked into this and can see that each of your emails was responded to within our usual timeframes. That said, we do appreciate that during the busy Christmas period there can sometimes be delays and this can make things feel even more uncertain while you’re waiting.
Regarding the Jordan 4 Black Cats you ordered: although the seller you purchased from is one of our trusted sellers, every pair that passes through our marketplace still has to go through our independent verification checks. In this case, the original pair unfortunately did not pass our authentication process. Because we only ever want our customers to receive 100% authentic trainers, we made the decision to cancel that pair rather than risk sending you something we weren’t completely happy with.
We have already emailed you to let you know that we can source a replacement pair for you, and we’ve also offered a gesture of goodwill discount on this due to the inconvenience caused. We haven’t yet had a reply, so if you’d like to go ahead with the replacement (or if you’d prefer to discuss alternative options), please just reply to our last email and we’ll be happy to help.
Once again, we’re very sorry for the disappointment and hassle this has caused, and we really appreciate your patience.

Easy to find the shoes you’re after, price is the best I’ve found when shopping for resold trainers. They verify the sellers and make sure you get what you bought. Delivery was within two days of my order being dispatched which was great.

This one might be a bit tough, but I bought very expensive shoes and for some reason, there was tape on the box (Which, for me, is part of the purchase) which really is annoying as the box is now marked.

What I did not like was lack of communication from Sole Supplier; I sent an email asking about the return policy but I never received any response from them.
