I recently opened an investigation and claim with the courier UPS over a missing pair of sneakers. Emily was very helpful in contacting her UPS specialist and I received a full insurance payout soon after. I’m very grateful for her service and look forward to purchasing from the Sole Market again.

Recently had an issue with a pair of shoes I had sent go missing from the parcel locker, Emily was quick to reply and very helpful in assisting me. With it being an abnormal case I was very unsure on how it would be solved but she definitely was there to fight my corner.
I cannot fault the customer service at all and they were much more helpful than other marketplaces I have used in the past.
Strongly recommend.

Very dismissive and disappointing return policy. I shouldn’t have to sign up as a seller myself and flog the product in order to get a “return”. Unless this problem can be resolved I won’t be returning as a customer.

As stated when you purchased the item and within your order confirmation, as you are purchasing from an individual seller on a Marketplace (rather than a business), all sales are final unless there is a quality issue with the item or the incorrect item was received.
Perfect in cost and service
Very convenient service. Was easy to find and buy what I was searching for, dispatch and delivery was also very quick as I received my order less than 24 hours after ordering it right before Christmas. Would definitely use again.

Ordered some trainers on 8th December…
Ordered some trainers on 8th December as a Christmas present, despatched quickly but UPS kept promising delivery and they didn’t show up. Emailed Sole Supplier asking for help as now 20th December, she answered within about 20 minutes, Emily was so efficient and posted another pair that day which I received today 21st ! Top quality customer service !

We work on a charge upon dispatch model - As this order was cancelled prior to shipping, the funds were never fully taken from your account and the funds should shortly be available to spend again in your available balance.
