I have been a customer for many years and never had any issues to complain about. I can always, when I order, trust that my orders arrive undamaged and in the given time they say it should arrive to me.
Also they´re website is very customer friendly, easy to use and full of information that is enjoyable to read.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Pre-ordered a Vinyl bundle and it still hasn't been shipped out a month later. Apparently there was a delay with part of the bundle. Because I had selected ship all at once, they refused to send out my vinyl seperately in the meantime. Had I known it would take this long I would've clicked send seperately. Having worked in ecommerce before I know it's not hard to change it in the back end. Just lazy customer service. Next time I will just order from a store where I know I can actually get it. I had it for a present and now its ruined and I have to go buy another one. Pathetic

Very Bad Experience / Corrected
I understand mistakes, sometimes they occur. But a company that does not assume theirs is unforgivable. I made a purchase on the 20th of August. On the 24th of September I reached out Customer Service that answered swiftly and proposed a refund or replacement. I chose replacement but asked for a document to avoid paying Custom Taxes again. On the 7th of October finally arrived and I was lucky. The address was wrong (missed the floor and apartment) and received it due to the Postman effort finding me. I complained that the address was wrong and that I had to pay taxes (€25,81) again. The answer was “I am responsible for paying the taxes”. I agree with that, but just once, not twice. If the company sent a document referring that it was an amendment and not a new sale I wouldn`t be charged. For the address mistake … not a word … not even a “we are sorry” … My 1st and sadly last purchase.

Very bad experience
Very poor customer service.
I have received factory faulty record (record was un-listenable and it damaged my stylus), I was not able to get replacement even when it was still in stock.
The whole process was exhausting, asking me for proof to send it pictures, video of vinyl ( it is very difficult to take a picture of grooves on records )
They did offer me 15% off and keep un-listenable record or send it back for full refund. I asked for full refund which for some reasons I only received partial refund. At the end I got no record, damaged stylus and I have been charged for delivery!

Perfect experience, zero complaints
I was looking to buy a super rare Empire of The Sun vinyl, but the official site had stopped selling it, so when I found this website I was surprised they had it. I bought it on Monday and it arrived on Thursday of the same week. This shipping time was so insanely impressive because I live in Florida and it shipped from the UK. The order shipped from the warehouse fast, once it was in transit it moved fast, and it arrived in perfect condition. 10/10, I will absolutely be buying from here again!
