I can only give the highest rating to Sebastian and his team. I reached out to Sebastian a few months ago as we live next to an extremely noisy DLR station.
Sebastian went above and beyond to provide a customised solution to our needs, making sure that we were fully happy and content.
The team that installed our windows were very professional and polite, they did a great job and we are really happy with the outcome.
The overall service and experience was exceptional and I would definitely recommend The Soundproof Windows to anyone looking for acoustic windows or doors.

I had 2 windows installed 3 years ago. Sebastien and the team are fantastic. They go out of their way to create a positive experience for the client. The service is caring, fast and professional. Communication is excellent and I have never been left waiting. The windows have made a big difference to the sound reduction from the trains. I recently needed a small amount of maintenance and this was completed within days.

I spent days calling companies before I came across The Soundproof Windows from the moment I spoke with Sebastian I knew he was the one, I had found the one company that actually cared what a customer needed.

Our project this year was to build a recording studio with an additional recreational area that would be a getaway for teenagers, where they could just chill or learn musical skills and raise further funds for our non-profit organisation to help underprivileged children.

I needed an acoustic window and an acoustic glass partition, I was left more confused after every telephone call, Sebastian in one conversation explained everything to me in "layman" terms and then he offered to drive up and explain everything in person, re-check and confirm my requirements by doing a site inspection.

Sebastian advised me that we would get the delivery sometime in October due to COVID there were some expected delays in manufacturing. We then experienced a few problems with the sizes for the openings, Sebastian was extremely understanding and without any "kerfuffle" resized our order and rang me several times after just to see how the building works was getting on.

Then how surprised was I to receive a call from Alice in August that the windows were ready well ahead of schedule and ready for installation. Peter and Magik were exceptional, they were very professional, tidy, courteous and smiled throughout, they finished the installation and showed me how the window worked...ingenious that's all I can say.

Sebastian and Alice handled the whole process very professionally by providing regular communication and arranging timeframes for delivery and installation that were convenient to me. The installation was quality in itself carried out with care, professionalism and efficiency.

Project IX would like to thank the whole team at The Soundproof Windows it was the best decision I made, we are over the moon with the windows, we can really say that we are now soundproof!

Contacted 'The Soundproof Windows' having just moved house and realised that the existing (aged) windows didn't keep out the noise of the main 'A' road we live on. Sebastien personally came to assess my requirements and explain his product. I subsequently had all 5 of the windows at the front of house replaced. Make no mistake, these windows are expensive - but they are totally worth it. A real specialist product that has eradicated the road noise and looks fabulous to boot. Throughout, the process was handled very professionally by Alice in the office who provided regular communication; each stage of process time stamped from initial survey, measuring, status updates on the windows manufacture (they are obviously made to order) and then agreed timeframes for installation. We were dreading the installation, but it was carried out with care, professionalism and efficiency. It took time - a week in fact, to fit all the windows but again, unlike a mainstream supplier, the fitting of these windows is a specialist exercise carried out by their own teams to ensure that the money invested on the windows themselves is not wasted on poor quality installation. The head guy was Tomas and he and his colleague (whose name escapes me) worked consistently and very hard to do the job. They were prompt each day, courteous, clean & very respectful. The installation involved removing curtain poles and fitting new sills and all the work was carried out with diligence. I also liked the fact that Sebastian himself came to check that the installation was to the required standard. So overall we are extremely happy with our windows and with the whole experience. We really needed a product that would take out road noise and The Soundproof Windows did the job. You get what you pay for in life and without doubt, it is worth spending the money on this product and with this company. First class in every way and thoroughly recommended!

This is the second series of windows that we have had replaced and our experience is the same as last time - truly excellent in every way. Being under the Heathrow flight path with lowered planes since 2014, when the flight path profiles were altered, has proved very trying. The installation of these windows has gone a very considerable way towards reducing the noise to a manageable level. For one thing, we are now able to sleep at night! We live next to a busy road, so noise from vehicles and planes through our old sash windows was affecting our sleep. We installed secondary windows over the sashes on one floor, and on the top floor we replaced the sashes and patio doors, all from The Soundproof Windows.
This has made an enormous difference, so that now we can barely hear noise from outside. Lots of companies will sell you windows which they claim will reduce noise, but with unsatisfactory results. The Soundproof Windows are top quality and designed from the start to do this exact, highly technical, job. They also look beautiful!
Sebastian and Alicja were helpful and responsive at all stages. They took us on a reference visit to a similar house. They explained the options to us, and supplied us with the diagrams we needed to get Listed Building Consent. They listened to us throughout, and were very patient as we explored different possibilities. Piotr and the installation team were quick, clean and quiet.
The windows are not cheap, but we think it was well worth paying for the high quality of the product and the professional, friendly and personal service we enjoyed throughout.

We are very close to an active train and tube track and under the Heathrow flight path. We had significant noise issue.

Soundproof windows have installed two of their systems in bedrooms and living rooms.

The impact has been very impressive. The train noise has gone from loud to inaudible. The plane noise is very much reduced too. We hardly hear them now.

Sebastian was very expert, very responsive. Alice in the office is very helpful and efficient. We were very pleased with the installation team and the quality of the snagging.

The product is obviously a premium one but you certainly get what you pay for. I think it's worth to try and see before buying given the cost, but worth the cost for us.

We live right next to a major railway track and these windows have been great at reducing the train noise, we barely hear it anymore. The service from The Soundproof Windows has been outstanding and very personal. They are a family business that will take the time to help you find the best solution and provide you great service even years after installation.

PS the 'mock' sash windows look better and are more practical than our original sash windows.

We ordered 3 replacement windows from Sebastian, and although the lockdown slightly threw a spanner in the works, as soon as they were able they visited to fit them. The windows are really high quality and have certainly made a big difference to the noise. Highly recommended!

I ordered 6 secondary windows (single, double and triple glazing) for noise and other insulation purposes in a period house's flat. I am really happy with the result. Sebastian visited and gave me great advice on which product would be adequate depending on the level of noise insulation required to get a good result. It took a few month to get the windows as they have a lot of demand. They arrived 3 weeks prior to the due date though which was great and it took almost 4 days for the installation. The installation was flawless with Piotr and his colleagues being very professional, nice and working hard and conscientiously. They made sure that they were leaving the flat clean each day and are completely trustworthy. Sebastian also stopped by one day to check the work was going well and ensure I was happy. This is a top company who really cares about its client. It is not cheap but if you want to be sure of the result and have zero hassle, I would recommend Soundproof Windows.

We just had double-glazing installed by the Soundproof team on two windows of our flat that face a busy road - typically very noisy. From initial consultation with Sebastian and customer service by Alice to fast, perfectly executed installation and follow-up afterwards, all was friendly, transparent, quality-driven and very professional. We're very happy with the end result and grateful to the team, which did an excellent job under unusual circumstances. Noise is now nearly inexistent and it looks really good, too.

A fantastic product and team.

We had a great experience with Sebastian and The Soundproof Window Company. The initial consultation with Sebastian was very helpful and led us to choose a different product to the one we had first considered. We are extremely happy with the High Performance Secondary Glazing that we had installed.

The nearby road noise is now just above a whisper and we are finally enjoying a good nights sleep. The design fits in well with our original period window and surround. Installation was done to a high standard, quickly and their installers were friendly, helpful and left the work space spotless.

Ordered secondary casement windows for all the windows in my flat and it's been great. I live just next to train tracks and this product really helped sounproofing the appartment.

The team was really nice to work with and really knowledgeable too. Sebastian did a great job at providing advice, he measured the sound levels in a couple of my rooms and explained to me what was possible. He was very honest, telling me that low frequencies would still go through because they travel through the actual building; I then had a good idea of what to expect.

The windows have made a massive difference to keeping out street noise and the team were a pleasure to deal with.

I really am very satisfied. We had all our windows replaced with extra soundproofing imitation sash windows when we renovated our house. We live right next to a busy trainline. The windows look like sash, are made of wood, but operate like casement windows. Sebastien and his team are highly professional, very friendly and a joy to work with. The soundproofing is awesome. At the front of the house (away from the train) you literally hear nothing to the extent it's almsot weird, at the back the noise is such that it doesn't bother people trying to sleep. The windows are not cheap, but the premium you pay over and above other, soundproofing windows is well worth it. Our builders are also very impressed. Money very well spent.
