The product (sash imitation windows and a front door) is excellent- looks extremely good and provides the level of thermal and noise insulation expected.
Customer service was good too, and when there were snags (e.g. late delivery of one window) I was kept informed and they did their best to rectify asap.

Soundproof windows were simply awesome from start to finish. The survey, the advice, the communication, the quality and effectiveness of the windows, the super-amazing installation team, the health check... all simply way way exceeded our expectations and was truly perfect!

We have been extremely happy with everything from start to finish - both the service and product are very high quality and we would happily recommend. Installing new windows is always a messy job but Peter and team did an excellent job on site and kept everywhere very clean and tidy - they were super discreet we hardly knew they were there! The windows have made a huge difference to the noise levels in our house and also the warmth, it is so much better now.
Thanks to all the team for a really superb job, I will be in touch when we are ready to do the back of the house.

Soundproof Windows truly deserves an excellent rating. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations. Sebastian is very knowledgeable and always approachable and patient in answering questions. The fitters did an amazing job and were very tidy. We live by a main road with heavy traffic and for the first time we were able to sleep peacefully. Our bedrooms are so quiet, we can only hear our breathing now!

I contacted several companies claiming to offer an excellent sound proofing window product but the Soundproof Windows Company stood out from the start - in particular their understanding of acoustics and options to resolve noise issues. I own a period property and my heart wanted sash windows but Sebastian was the only person at the quotation stage who encouraged me to explore the soundproofing benefits of the triple glazed wood casement option and I am over the moon with the choice in retrospect. Traffic noise was the principle driver for replacing my windows and the difference is both remarkable and a step up from any sash option in the market. Sebastian arranged a trip into London for us to see and compare both the sash and casement performance and to look at the installed product which also reassured me given that you cannot see these in a UK factory or showroom. Pricing was competitive (but reassuringly far from cheap) and the entire sales/payment/care/service contact from Alice has been friendly and efficient. Fitting was a nightmare in terms of mess (old house - flakey brickwork) but the fitters did what they could and did an amazing job of the fitting - big thanks again to Thomas and Gilly. In summary this team have a great product that fulfils my brief and I could not be happier with the outcome (unless of course I didn't now have to decorate almost my entire home). Soundproof were really excellent. Our windows are genuinely amazing - I can’t believe what a huge difference it has made to loving on a busy road. The service was excellent from start to finish - very bespoke to our needs, excellent customer service and lots of advice throughout the process. The windows fit perfectly, look beautiful and block out the noise from the busy train lines that run underneath our windows. From ordering the windows to installation and the end result. We had windows fittet by a other big soundproof window company which promises silence. And I can say that soundproof windows is the better choice as they offered a better price and a better overall service and quality of windows.
They look amazing and I would choose them again for sure.

My flat is very close to the Westway and Paddington station. The building is in a conservation area and the windows must be white powdered aluminium. I only realised after I had moved in the flat in December last year that the noise from the motorway was constant and the windows were keeping out a very small percentage of the noise from the traffic and the trains. Immediately I started looking for window solutions online. I came across many secondary glazing companies and a few window companies offering sound proof windows. I contacted at least 4-5 companies to arrange a consultation and to discuss what solutions they can offer me.
The Soundproof Windows (TSW) was the first company that visited my flat for a quotation. I was very impressed because they measured the noise and we discussed the best solution and they were even able to tell me what level of noise reduction I could achieve and that secondary sound proof windows were the best option for me. Replacing the existing windows with aluminium sound proof windows would not have the same effect in noise reduction. Secondary glazing would mask some of the noise but it would not be as effective as having thick sound proof windows.
At that time, I was not sure because I never needed to replace windows and never had a noise problem. I felt that I needed to do more research and speak to more companies to find out what was the best solution for my case. I needed optimum sound reduction, and also windows that looked good inside the flat and allowed the existing windows to open. After obtaining some quotes and specs from a few secondary glazing companies and a different sound proof window company I realised that they were not all offering the same type of glass as TSW, and they were not able to provide any examples of noise reduction. On the contrary, TSW had provided a few real-life case studies with videos and some of them had similar noise problems. After Christmas I had to decide because the noise was unbearable and I could only sleep with ear plugs.
I asked Sebastian from TSW to come for a second visit and to take more measurements and show me exactly what the windows will look in the flat. Sebastian was at all times very professional and his client skills were excellent. He was able to answer all my questions, and I did have many. He even organised for me to see in real life what level of noise reduction I should expect by arranging for me to visit the house of one of his old clients to see the windows. I did and I was really impressed. Her house was on a very busy road in Oval and with the secondary sound proof windows you could not hear any traffic. Sebastian also arranged for me to have a look at both the 51db and the 47db windows at their warehouse.
I ordered the windows at the end of January 2019. At the time I am writing this review is mid-April and the windows are finally installed. I am more than pleased with them. They look stunning and the noise reduction is exactly what I was told to expect. I am also extremely pleased with the people who installed the windows who were highly professional and did a great job. The constant noise from the motorway is now a thing of the past. I can hardly hear any sound from the trains also. It is the first time since I have moved in this flat that I have really felt at home. I would recommend The Soundproof Windows to anyone who has a similar noise problem and they require sound proof windows. I did a very thorough research and they are by far the best noise reducing product I came across.
